Bought shampoo and fragrance as a present for my fur-nephew and his family loves it. Much better alternative to the smell of fox poo which he likes to roll in!

Bought a geranium, violet & thyme set for my dog and I love it! It’s smells so clean and fresh, I washed my dog 3 days ago and when she walks past me I can still smell it! I will definitely be trying the rest of the product lines!

Really sorry to hear you haven’t received your parcel.
We responded to your email when we received it yesterday 17.12.21 and also today 18.12.21. It might be worth checking your junk mailbox?
Your order was sent via Royal Mail signed for delivery and an update, along with the tracking number was sent to you in the email.
Unfortunately the delivery delays (we assume down to Christmas & covid) are out of our hands. However, as per our email, if your parcel hasn’t arrived in Monday’s post, we will be happy to ensure a replacement is sent to you before Christmas.
As a small, new business - it’s as frustrating for us as it is you when things go wrong that are beyond our control. We hope that once you’re in receipt of your order, you’ll reconsider your review.

Was struggling to find a natural fragrance for my 2 fur baby’s. But I can say the furgrance spritz tops them all! It’s all natural ingredients, plus the smell is unreal. Wouldn’t mind spraying this on myself, never mind the dogs! Thank you the furgrance shop!

After dealing with a stinky Bella for a weeks and trying nearly every shampoo and conditioner on the market and sometimes having to use nearly a full bottle of shampoo we finally found this amazing product. Bella has never smelt and looked so good, even after muddy walks traipsing through streams and puddles. Bella absolutely loves this product and so do we!!
