We paid £100 deposit via bank transfer but on the day of delivery they messaged and said it had gone to a closed account and that we had to pay again, we said no. They had asked for cash on delivery which we thought was suspicious, then asked for cash when they arrived, we said no as we were paying extra for assembly and wanted to check it first. Luckily after they had only opened the first box I realised that it was the wrong sofa and they had brought one that was a lot cheaper. We refused to pay and insisted that they took it back with them. Now trying to get back the £100 deposit. Avoid!!!!

I urge anyone to avoid this sham company!! Ordered a corner couch, was told delivery would be between 7 and 8 pm…..the actually chapped my door at 1.40am! Then they brought the sofa in and the sofa they gave me is the completely wrong sofa and even at that this one they delivered is unbelievably badly made, fabric missing from the base of the sofa. And to top it off it was so far off the sofa I ordered it’s crazy!! Please please please avoid this absolutely horrendous set of cowboys!!! No response to all numbers I have, they just ignore then block you. Horrible people, total scumbags!

I ordered a couch from TheFurnitureVilla.co.uk and they sent me the wrong couch. The one they sent is extremely poor quality and not worth nothing close to what I paid.
Since then, they’ve completely ignored all my calls and messages – no apology, no replacement, no refund. Just silence.

I wish I had seen the real negative reviews before I bought from them – it’s clear I’m not the only one they’ve scammed. This company is unprofessional and dishonest. Please do not waste your money here. They’ll take your cash and ghost you. Avoid like the plague.

They harassed me to have my delivery on a certain day. Called and texted nonstop. I still refused the delivery. They turned up anyway at 11pm and called and said they were outside - giving me no choice but to have the delivery. I had refused because my lift was broken at the time.
Then they tried to get me to pay extra to go up the stairs!! Even though I never wanted them to come in the first place!

They asked for cash - I said no
They asked me to pay before delivery - I said no
Then they delivered a different sofa and ran before I checked it. Then they ignored me!! Now I’m left with a sofa I didn’t order. Another reviewing site had more negative reviews with experiences the same as mine but that review site has been removed now.

They are being investigated by my bank - they are a dishonest company operating illegally. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

If you see this after they have scammed you report them to trading standards and Action Fraud. Keep copies of your communication.

It’s so funny that the reviews below all sound the same - all posted within the same few dates and locations. Like two Denmark reviews on the same date - weird considering this company doesn’t even deliver to Denmark!
It gets even funnier when you check the other reviews these reviewers have left, they’re all the same companies. Separate people leaving the same 2 reviews for the same 2 companies? And yet for some reason, this company is still allowed to leave their own reviews - which allows other people like me to be scammed. Another reviewing site REMOVED this company after agreeing with me that they had written their own reviews - maybe the fact that some reviews even used exactly the same pictures of their new sofas gave it away! Uncanny!

Trustpilot finally removed all their fake positive reviews - so now they think they can outsmart them by leaving themselves reviews with 3 - 4 - 5 stars!! Make no mistake EVERY review here that is positive is THEM!! Their business model is to SCAM. BE WARNED!!!!

if you have been scammed by this company please report it to action fraud, Trading standards and the citizens advice. Then report to Trustpilot that they are writing their own positive reviews - they should not be allowed to do this! They deliberately set out to scam the public, it IS their business model!

They’re SCAMMERS - sent me the wrong sofa and now don’t reply. Tried to get me to pay outside before they even delivered the sofa.

I have reported to trading standards based on the other reviews saying they send the wrong item intentionally. I will also be making a claim in court. They’re registered under PW furnitures Ltd

Don’t make the same mistake I did!

SCAMMERS On the website they are selling furniture that's not as described, I ordered a corner sofa bed, received the delivery paid cash, I was told the folding bed was there in the sofa on unwrapping the sofa bed was not there now I can't get any response from the company even though they state if your not happy there is a 14 day refund if not happy, I left WhatsApp msg to have a reply the bed it a frame we send it to you, I never bought a sofa and additional bed frame this is a total scam and they take photos from legitimate company's, to sell fake imitation products and missing leading customers, to then be out of pocket and ignored!!
Lesson learned DO NOT buy from these cheaper companies as they are SCAMMERS... always stick to the brands house hold names like DFS I am now stuck with a sofa that's not as described a sofa bed no bed in the sofa nothing!

Two failed delivery attempts on a U shape sofa with storage we ordered. 1st attempt 2/3 pieces were correct and the company offered us to pay cash and then they would come back with the 3rd correct piece to which we declined. On the second delivery we received a sofa that didn’t have storage, it turns out on further inspection of the website you have 2 types of sofa on one of the listings so even the company are setting themselves up for problems. Cushions felt cheap and not long lasting. AVOID.

I bought 3 divan beds with mattressess in 14 November 2022. I asked the sales person if it's good quality and specially the mattressess. He said I must not worry they is a warranty. When I received the beds the next day one of the beds headboards were broken. I contacted the sales guy and I said I am not happy with the quality of the beds. Please can I exchange for other beds I will pay more. I do understand they not expensive but I did expect them to last at least 6 months and over. The mattressess the quality is very bad. We wake up with pain and the springs dig into our bodies. I have tried everything to contact this company and all they have done was ignore my calls emails and messages. It's absolutely disgusting how you can sell such poor quality to people. You will notice they not on trust pilot or any other quality rating sites. They still haven't sent my warranty and avoid my calls we have cut out losses and have to buy again since we bought these beds my kids have not slept well so I urge you to be really careful when buying here. I should have thought for myself that if a site isn't on a trusted quality rating website I should not buy from them but when I contacted them they promised the world, so I felt it was my duty to try and warn others as times are tough enough without these this. I urge to stick to quality save a extra month or 3 it will be worth it in the long run. I wish you luck if you are considering to ignore my warning you just going to go through what me and my family have been put through.
