FuseBase helps client-facing businesses give their clients a better experience and get more done behind the scenes. With FuseBase, you can launch branded client portals and deal rooms where clients find their files, updates, approvals and next steps in one place. Your team works in connected internal workspaces, so what clients share flows straight into internal work, and what your team prepares can be published back to the client when it is ready. You can also connect tools your team already uses, such as Monday, Asana or ClickUp, instead of moving everything into a new system. FuseBase goes beyond portals. You can create AI coworkers with defined roles that help prepare client reports, proposals and follow-ups, organize knowledge and keep recurring work moving. You stay in control: your team decides what AI handles on its own, what needs approval and where people step in. Our motto is simple: Your team is in charge. AI gets work done. FuseBase is built for agencies, consultants, professional services firms and sales and customer success teams that want to run their client work in one connected place. If you want help getting started, our team offers hands-on implementation support, from choosing the right first process to putting it into practice. FuseBase also includes databases, custom apps, automations and analytics, and is SOC 2 and HIPAA compliant.

Fusebase is improving its services…
Fusebase is improving its services every week. So many festures that it is hard to describe, but new AI implemention, Portals, App and Sites are fantastic. Endless opportunities to a large spectrum of businesses
The new features are impressive!
I’ve been impressed by how much I’ve been able to build with Fusebase’s app-building tools and client portals (the latest features they added in past few months). I had the tool before but i was only using it for internal documentation.
I recently rebuilt one of my internal apps using the latest Astro-based portal format (my previous one was outdated and relying on old technology). I did this using the Fusebase MCP and Codex, the setup took around six hours of iteration, but the final result is much more capable and gives me a stronger foundation for the long term.
The client portal system has opened up many more possibilities for how I can organize information, deliver resources to clients, and build more tailored workflows. I’m also exploring Fusebase Work’s Paperclip integration and ways to create agents that can ingest data and handle tasks automatically.
The product has come a long way, and I’m excited to keep building with it.
Promising Platform in Transition, With Strong Long-Term Potential
I purchased FuseBase about a year ago for an online education use case: onboarding students, creating individual and group portals, sharing session materials, and supporting collaborative projects. The vision is compelling: one workspace for learning content, communication, recordings, and project collaboration.
My experience has been mixed, mainly because I joined during a significant product transition toward a more agent-driven platform. During that period, communication and continuity for early users sometimes felt limited, and parts of the product appeared to be changing faster than the supporting documentation and training. Despite these challenges, I have stayed engaged through the community, product updates, and educational content. That involvement has helped me better understand both the platform’s current limitations and its potential. The community is helpful, and the team’s investment in the product’s development is clear.
FuseBase is not yet a fully polished, plug-and-play solution for every client portal or education workflow. Technical users may find some areas inconsistent, while non-technical users may need more current guidance as the product evolves. However, the progress is promising, and I remain optimistic about its direction.
I believe the platform has substantial potential for client portals, education programs, collaborative workspaces, and knowledge-based businesses—especially for users comfortable adapting as the product continues to mature.
Runs My whole Business
I had to choose today because in reality I use this product years ago since they were Nimbus and Truspilot wouldn't let me lol
The support has been wonderful, very helpful and very nice (even though I can be annoying)
I work by myself and the fact that fusebase made a product where everything is consolidated into one product is something amazing as it lowers my cost of subscriptions and all I need to do is manage everything (including clients) in one software. It makes it very affordable and very easy for me to manage my company
This is not a legitimate company
This is not a legitimate company. They bought Nimbus and retained all of the customers without offering any of the same services. They refuse to cancel your membership and continue to steal your money annually. There is absolutely no way to cancel. There is a word for this: thievery
Predatory billing!
I started out with Nimbus. After rebranding to FuseBase, the website removed all self-service cancellation controls. Users cannot stop auto-renewal themselves. The 'remove this account' option is no longer available. Both require contacting customer support. This is a predatory dark pattern designed to trap users into continued billing.
horrible support and service quality
this review is not about the product, but about the support quality. the screenshot tool didn't work as expected for me, therefore i asked for refund immediately after purchasing pro annual plan. it was 20 days ago. support is HORRIBLE - rude, ignoring. they pop-up and then disappear until you poke them again and then cycle repeats. i still didn't get my money back. i plan to write this review on every platform possible and multiple times until i get my money back
Fusebase lets us keep everything in one…
Fusebase lets us keep everything in one place: notes, tasks, documents, client spaces, and internal knowledge bases. The ability to create structured client portals with permissions, custom branding, and public or private pages has significantly improved how we collaborate both internally and with partners. Almost every month we discover a new feature – from databases and advanced page blocks to automations and integrations – and quickly plug it into our business processes.
Solid note app and now even far more!
As an early user of Nimbus, I am quite astonished to read some of these reviews. The app has evolved a lot since its inception, and it was already usable from the start. When I reached out to the team they answered and guided me with the basic setup, and they never had rude attitudes or acted unprofessionally.
The new Fusebase is even better: improved UI, AI has been integrated, and finally the client portals are amazing for providing a service.
To me it's a winner, even if you just want to use it for note-taking. So far it's a completely new and more powerful app that I hope will keep on delivering!

Careful - this is a SCAM
I have been emailing with your FuseBase Web Platform Team since APRIL regarding a refund for an unauthorized billing for services that we are not using. I was told that I would be refunded for this, and now it's FIVE months later and I have yet to receive my refund or any updates. I have been told by team members to contact others who are responsible for the payment. I have sent them emails repeatedly, I have also been told by customer service that they have forwarded my concerns to this person and I have yet to even be acknowledged. Absolutely abhorrent treatment of their customers. Do not get scammed by them. Now, months after my review has been posted, they are trying and attempting to remove the review.
NOT FOR PERSONAL USE!
DO NOT START AN ACCOUNT WITH LiveStartPage. /Evernote / Nimbus / Fusebase.
That's how I got here and its been going down hill with every progression.
I would be a happy customer for life if it JUST WORKED.
But it does not.
And in 2022, things started getting bad and confusing.
Then in 2024 almost all functionality with it dropped off in my instance when google labeled the plugin harmful when used with chrome.
Silence from the support team.
You could not even get the Live Chat to work as it was always busy.
Support to emails were "Oh that's not us anymore" when trying to find out what was going on.
I am willing to deal with a lot of stuff but even being told that buying Nimbus pro will allow me to have my livestart subscription, but that was incorrect.
If you are a company, you might be okay.
If you are a single user, NO BUENO!
Stop at the gates of Mordor.
You know there is something wrong when they don't have a phone number or an address right on the main site.
I can't find it.
So, I want my $60 bucks back.
I have not used it and asked to cancel back in 2024 with a "Not my department, but here is our new plugin"
DUDE.
That's not how you deal with this.
Truthfully, if they just fixed the issue with LiveStartPage, I would not give toss about the Nimbus/ Fusebase stuff, but even that is borked from the Plugin standpoint.
The Online Fusebase stuff I never got nor cared to use.
The only feature I ever used was the screen capture tool and that broke in 2024 completely under ChromeOS.
Then they had 2 versions of it in 2023 I think.
Lordy....
for a software company, they sure can't keep their software on track.
After Google gave me the Nogo on the plugin, and the payment issues, & how they handle these things - I CAN NOT RECOMMEND Pavvel's company here for personel use.
And LiveStartpage is now said to be a harmful by google chrome last alert I had.

Faulty Software and Unresponsive Company
I purchased an Annual Capture Pro subscription from January 2022 to July 2024 for $49 per year and a $249 Lifetime Pro license on July 5, 2020, for project management and data collection. However, I faced significant challenges transitioning from the annual to the lifetime license, as I couldn’t access Pro features, and technical support has frequently been unresponsive to this issue since December 2024.
On July 8, I recorded a 2.5-hour client session using the Chrome extension on Brave Browser, but it froze on the "Processing Video" page. Support suggested using Chrome only, which I followed. A similar issue occurred on October 31, and after multiple follow-ups, no further contact or solution was found by December 1, 2024.
I’m disappointed with the software's performance and inadequate support, especially after spending over $200. I formally request a full refund of my Lifetime Pro license because the software failed to perform its primary function and did not respond to my inquiries. After repeatedly being ghosted by the company despite asking for information on requesting a full refund, I hope making a more public appeal will elicit a response.
A second brain with its own portal
I have long considered using FuseBase. I love another well-known app. When they renamed NibusNote to FuseBase and created the option to build my own portal, I didn't hesitate to invest the money. I work as a coach and consultant and need to share coaching techniques, client documents, online course material, financials, etc. with my team. Even my wife (also a coach) loved FuseBase because she is familiar with our portal and doesn't have to learn the whole app. On the other hand, what still needs work is working with the database. Although you can create tables, if the table is larger, it is almost impossible to work with it effectively.
Dark pattern…
Many companies use dark pattern techniques to make it difficult for users to find how to delete their accounts. This company is one of them. Once an account is created, it cannot be deleted.
Making user-friendly interactions with our clients now
Using FuseBase has been mostly positive for us. It's great for tracking how clients interact with our content, which helps us make better decisions. Handling campaign feedback is more efficient now. FuseBase has been a useful tool for making our work more data-driven and client-focused.

I'm quickly finding awful sync problems…
I'm quickly finding awful sync problems between devices. Changes I make on one device (eg Laptop) should show up quickly on another device (eg. iPad or iPhone) but no. Sometimes it takes hours or overnight for the sync to happen. When its happy the sync happens instantly in real time. But on too many occasions, the sync doesn't work. Move a note to a different folder and it may never show up in the folder on another device. Great features, but this is a deal killer.

Top-notch Experience Guaranteed
"I struggled to connect sessions and resources across various platforms. The fractured experience didn’t convey the polish I desired. With this tool, each engagement now flows through integrated, professional portals tied directly to my brand identity.
The platform makes my coaching feel elevated and established. By streamlining continuity, goal tracking, and resource access into consolidated hubs, clients receive five-star experiences previously out of reach. Their satisfaction scores say it all."

It is practically impossible to cancel your account. They make you email them to cancel your account, but then they just ignore your emails. Extremely frustrating.
