I contacted customer services about a discount code. They answered promptly in a friendly manner. I made a mistake while ordering and they contacted me on the same day just to check. My order arrived within a couple of days. Brilliant company to deal with All online shopping should be this pleasent and easy.

Fuss club without any fuss!

I've been ordering from fuss club for a good 8 years now and they are one of the best online craft brewery shops in the UK. One of my favourite things about them is the sheer amount of choice and variety of beers they have, beers from all types of breweries both based in the UK and on occasion, further afield too.

Their customer service is fantastic, I've only ever had a couple of orders where beers were missing from the order or damaged on transit, but they are always quick to resolve any issues. Delivery is quick too, I usually receive the order a couple of days after placing the order online and they are packaged well.

It’s great to see that the beers are well kept and chilled so I can drink them straight out of the box and it’s good to know you have confidence in the quality of the beers you order.

If you are looking to order some craft beers, I fully recommend fuss club.

Pricing is good value, I have bought the same beer from a Taproom and found it cheaper on fuss club. I like the ease of use of the website, once you use the filters to target your purchases. Very much needed as there is a large excellent selection of beers, although like over suppliers only a small amount of USA beers which I do like a lot but understand due to export issues after Covid there is limited amounts they supply. Which is much like their attendance at craft events across the uk. Having experienced on other sites glad that fuss don't end up with a long list of sold out beers showing, which is just disappointing.

Easy to order and very fast delivery. Decent prices too.

Love the variety of craft beer, with all the top breweries represented. The 'stash' feature is such a great idea, so you can buy just a few cans at a time & also make sure you don't miss out on new releases that can sometimes sell out quickly. Delivery also really quick once you get over £50 worth in your stash. Always a few nice touches in the delivery box too (beer mats etc.)

Range of products and the service is great. It was slightly complicated by the fact the "stash" feature is on by default, which I imagine a lot of people miss, but I was contacted via email to check, fortunately. (Doesn't seem like a scalable process, but I guess that's not my problem!)

Excellent range of the freshest craft beers available and dispatched ultra fast as always. Well packaged with a couple of nice complimentary gifts - a nice touch.

My go to store for all my craft beer. Excellent customer service, great prices, and new beers added every Monday. You also have the ability to stash your beers until you reach the magic £50 marker, at which point they are shipped free of charge. I can't recommend the Fuss Club enough.
