Very accomodating sales lady, Alice. The design is very unique and we are assured of its quality. We found their kiosk in Hong Kong K11 Museo and they had an ongoing sale. A great souvenier for our vacation here.

I walked around the mall of K11 Musea, looking for gifts for my kids. Knowing that as an up-raising lab grown brand, I found that the constellation necklace very cute. The staffs are nice and helpful, also the packing is delicate.

I had an issue with the delivery, but the customer service team went above and beyond to help me. They answered all my questions promptly and even contacted the delivery company directly to ensure I received my order as quickly as possible. Since the company didn’t originally ship to my country, I had to use a redirection service, which caused some complications. Despite that, the support team was absolutely amazing and guided me through every step of the process.

What impressed me the most was that, after my request, they even added my country to their website as a shipping option! This level of dedication and responsiveness is rare. I’m incredibly grateful for their help and highly recommend them!

Nice customer service

The shipping is very efficient. The blue diamond is a little bit paler in reality than the photos have shown, but still quite a sparkle and really worth the money after the discount.

They provided the best repair service! This brand is absolutely legit, the shop located at the high-end mall called K11 in Tsim sha tsui, Hong Kong. You can simply visit the shop or order items via online.They have a large selection as well. Highly recommend this brand.

I have been interested in lab diamonds for a while, but this is my first lab diamond (as opposed to natural diamond) purchase. With jewelry, I think it is important to see the objects in person. So, after taking a look at their online catalog, I messaged them to see if I could see my wishlist items at their physical store. They were quick to respond and confirmed which items were in stock within a day.

In the store, Joy was my sales associate, and she was wonderful to work with. She made a point of making sure I was comfortable with my purchases, including pointing out which items had recently had a change in materials (18K white gold to silver), and was able to suggest some pieces not on my original wish list that fit my taste while keeping the entire experience low-pressure. I felt that all times my satisfaction as a customer was the first priority and there was no hard sell at all. I would be more than happy to purchase from them again.

Quick tip - they do have a larger selection online than in store so I highly recommend taking the time to message them if there are any particular pieces you would like to see in person.

Super happy with my 18K flat back diamond studs. Great quality and the Future Rocks Team was super helpful. The items arrived within 3 days, beautifully packaged. I liked these studs so much, ordered them in pink too.

I paid for expedited shipping so it would arrive before Christmas. Said it would arrive on 12/23 and it is still on the other side of the country.

Customer service was not as prompt.
I left a query after receiving my shipment via Whatsapp on the certificate of the item I purchased but I am still yet to hear back from the team.

Wanted to place an order for 2 Round brilliant bezel cord bracelets to celebrate my Mom's 90th Birthday. Customer service assured me the gift would arrive in time for her birthday - in Canada. They promptly shipped the package and it arrived safely weeks before the celebration.
The bracelet is beautiful and I can't wait to give it to my Mom and wear the matching one.
