This site sells JUNK
This site sells JUNK! Anything on this website looks really cool, fun, or interesting. Until you get it and it’s a piece of cardboard that you spent $25 on. Over priced and terrible quality of items. Not to mention they decide what reviews show up on there site so even if it’s five stars... trust me it’s not.

Absolutley awful
Absolutley awful. This website is not trust worthy at all. I bought an item from them a couple of weeks ago and when the item arrived it was nothing like the picture on their website, so i requested a refund by emailing them with the picture of the item baring in mind they had no contact number which would have been easier to get hold of them. After emailing them i had no replies and its been 3 weeks since i have been waiting for my refund. I have emailed them several times yet still no reply. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Not trustworthy - no product sent and no refund from them
Ordered a paint by numbers canvas for our upcoming anniversary. I was required me to send the photo by email as there was no option to upload on the website. Received confirmation of the order straight away and they confirmed that they would make sure the photo was used for the canvas - all good up until that point.
I heard nothing from the company for a few weeks and I emailed for an update on the order - no response. After a month had passed since the initial order, I received confirmation that my order was finally being processed. When I replied to check that the correct photo was being used, I got no response again.
After waiting for a response our anniversary passed and so I emailed requested a refund due to not receiving the product. By this time it wasn't a surprise that I didn't receive any sort of response from the company and after another couple of weeks I had to go to PayPal to request a refund from them instead, which I have just received with no hassle.
I would highly recommend not using this company due to them not sending the product and they're customer service, if you can call it that when they don't even respond, being shocking.
