Horrible customer service
This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with a hosting service. I requested that my server be cancelled immediately because I couldn’t afford it anymore, and while they confirmed the cancellation, I was still charged afterward.
When I reached out for a refund, support simply told me it wasn’t possible, with no real explanation or effort to help resolve the situation. It feels like they don’t take responsibility for their own billing actions.
Customer support was unhelpful and dismissive, and the whole situation feels unfair. I would not recommend this service to anyone—especially if you expect clear communication and fair billing practices.
updated review wish i could give less then one star not only is there customer service bad they went and changed there shity terms of service after i tried getting my refund making it immposable to do so i wouldnt recomend them to my worst enemy....
