I’m so happy to have discovered the games table on my doorstep! Such an amazing place for couples, friends, or family groups - there is literally something for everyone. Tables are easy and affordable to book and the range of games options is incredible - I could easily lose half a day in here. I can’t wait to come back with more friends.

The Best Local Game Store In Norwich!

I have frequented the Games Table on multiple occasions, the staff are always friendly and genuinely interested in what you are after on any given day.

The facilities are fantastic for anything from Table Top Gaming, to RPG's to simple card and board games too.

Coffee, Tea, Beer or Cider on hand along with a plethora of snacks to keep you going, fancy something a bit more, then grab some of the food they have in partnership with Mambo Jambos!

If I could have given this 6 stars it would easily make it!

I've only been there a couple of times, but I really enjoyed myself every time I've been there. I suffer from anxiety but the friendly staff made me feel comfortable and welcome. The place has great atmosphere and feels like a community.

Such a great place to relax and play games with friends, Keiran and the team go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome and at home.

I have been to games table several times over the years. Kieran has put his all into the venue and it shows. Friendly staff and an excellent selection of games, including some of the newest releases. Reasonably priced. Dog friendly too!

I’ve been here several times, making the commute from Essex, and each time I’ve had a blast. Kieran and his team are fantastic and give you a nice warm welcoming. Great selection of games and other bits to play or purchase. Drink and snack reasonably priced too. Thoroughly recommend it for anyone who is interested in games of any kind - or for anyone who is keen to pick up a new hobby and make some friends.

Cannot fault! Awesome environment created by a warm and welcoming team, not to mention the massive library of boardgames to delve into whether you're in for a quick pit stop in the city or a whole evening out with friends ⭐

The best place to play games in

We're always in The Games Table, from buying hobby supplies to playing games in their organised leagues, all the staff are very friendly and happy to talk about all our latest projects. Always a good stock on the shelves and if its not there they'll happily order it in for you. Always great atmosphere.

With all of these kind of things, greatness comes at the cost of being very popular so book in advance to avoid being disappointed.

Have been going here for years, and me and my friends are still discovering great games there, to this day! All the staff are lovely genuine folk, and there’s a natural sense of community around the place. Just go there. Do it.

Fantastic board game store & cafe in the heart of Norwich. Lovely warm and friendly staff, really make you feel welcome and they all have a proper passion for board gaming which is after all why we all go. A giant selection of games to play from their library and plenty of supplies for us keen hobby painters and modellers.

I regularly visit the Games Table, in particular the casual board games session on Thursday evenings. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, the games library is extensive and well organised and the quality of the venue is very good.

What an amazing, fun and friendly venue! Every time I go I have an absolutely brilliant time, the staff are all so attentive and are really enthusiastic about their job! Couldn’t ask for anything better!

I especially enjoy going to the Thursday board game night where I have met a great community to play games with.

The Games Table are awesome! not much else can be said about this place and the team, just awesome. It is a genuinely great place to visit in Norwich for any hobby needs.

We regularly book our Warhammer 40k games with them and they are the most accommodating and friendly bunch of people. We love Games table!

Went here with a few friends for a birthday games session. The staff were polite and there was a huge selection of games available even with the place already packed full of people. I would highly recommend the games table for an evening of tabletop gaming fun!!

We visit games table about once a week to play a few board games and host our DnD sessions.

The space supplied is excellent, with incredible staff that are super helpful and also just genuinely great to talk to and geek out with.

It can get a little noisy sometimes which isn’t always ideal for tense situations in DnD but the general murmur of patrons and enjoyment all around is just a testament to The Games Tables success in creating a space for our tabletop community.

The only thing that could be improved is a larger selection of dice for sale (this math rock goblin needs more click clacks) and maybe more DnD oriented miniatures (like the wiz kids range) as I’d probably pick something new up to paint most weeks.

GT is one of our go to places for my group of friends. They provide amazing customer service, are extremely polite and always try there best to help the customer.
They hosted my Stag Games party at the venue and they made the entire day awesome, nothing was too much hassle for them and all of the party really enjoyed their day. I have also used them for pre-orders of GW products and it has always been a painless experience and I will continue to use them for future orders.
