First class service, easy to order. I had a problem with the courier only delivering one of my two shipments. No help from courier but the garden shop customer service team resolved the problem and sent a new order. First class service from them and would recommend the site.

Purchased 3 trees, express delivery. They were well packed and immediately dispatched. Unfortunately, the courier company messed up and took 4 days to delivery two shook but salvageable trees, one beyond hope tree.
Garden shop immediately acted to send out a replacement which I received the next day.
Can't fault their customer service or product.

I have been ordering from the garden shop for over 3 years now. I’ve found the customer service excellent and recently I needed to change an item in my order and there was no issue and I also received a follow up call informing me the item I needed would be shipped that evening.

Delivery arrived cracked, company sent out replacement immediately which also arrived damaged due to poor handling, they changed couriers and sent a third time. All sorted in one week, great service no issues, definitely recommend to anyone

Having an issue with an item from this company, I contacted the customer service team who were extremely helpful and polite on the phone. The issue was dealt with the same day and the following day I recieved an email to say a replacement was on the way. Five star service from this great customer service team. Will be using this company again.

Ordered a plant that was delivered upside down and on its side. Couriers at fault as there were clear stickers explaining care of contents. Plant died. I contacted the garden shop and they have sent a replacement plant to rectify. Very helpful and appreciate the new plant.
