A good business to deal with.
I always think that you know how good a business is when things go wrong and they respond well. I had booked this hotel by error through Booking.com and I rang them immediately to tell them. There is no cancellation policy and they were amazing. They said that because I'd only just booked and it was an obvious mistake, they would cancel and I would owe nothing. THEY WERE UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO DO THAT. They were kind and very understanding. Thank you to them.
