I truly appreciate you following up and…

I truly appreciate you following up and offering to refund my money even after i was rude to one of your customer service workers. i have no qualms with the site at all, i think it’s super cute. i just never signed up at least to my knowledge so i was shocked when i saw the charges.

Mistaken sign up

I mistakenly signed up for their monthly subscription service and although I cancelled it immediately they still took the subscription fee. I logged a call and even though it has taken some time they have looked at everything and have agreed to refund all the money taken which is really good news. They have been polite and courteous and I am happy with the result - Thank you
