Great concept, awful customer service

Great concept, good gins but awful customer service

Used to love receiving the gin boxes and recommended others. If there was an issue you could speak to lovely staff and get it resolved. Being a member was like treating yourself to something special each month.

Now contact is only by email, a different person each reply, no real initiative and when their system fails there is no interest in resolving or providing good customer experience. In fact they want you to pay to return orders they fail to cancel.

Engaging with customer service is usually always a negative scripted experience.

Really sad because it was a great little business/team. I don't know why you would want to change that. Now it feels like it's become impersonal, greedy and customer experience is not important.

Delivery on time

Delivery on time. Gin box itself was full of great products. As a member that has rejoined after an absence of approx one year,was not disappointed.

Faultless Service

I absolutely can't fault their service or their delivery timeframes. I live in a "hard to get to" part of the country and both boxes have been delivered in two days. George and his team have gone above and beyond for me and I really appreciate it

Appalling delivery and email response

I have paid for postage, and it’s been 14 days with no attempt for delivery. I have also emailed the company asking for an update and no response. Why are we expected to pay for postage saying between 5-7 days when it isn’t delivered in the time frame. I am extremely disappointed in this service.

Excellent gins

Excellent gins. Very disappointed that you are no longer providing your subscription service. Those quarterly deliveries will be sadly missed.

Good idea, great product, badly executed.

Nothing at all wrong with the gin, accompaniments or the presentation, which is all first-rate... if you can get it delivered! Three months after changing address and three consecutive months failed deliveries, I finally cancelled my membership.

I missed the first two deliveries due…

I missed the first two deliveries due to work commitments. No phone number on the card left through the letterbox. So this morning left a note on the door to leave round the back in a safe place the delivery driver didn’t leave it after writing on the back of my note that his manager wouldn’t allow without a signature so now had the third delivery again no phone number or anything on the missed parcel card.

Excellent delivery service and…

Excellent delivery service and selection of gins sent are tremendous along with different mixers to try that possibly you wouldn't think to try yourself. Look forward to my box of surprises every time.
