Great services from start to finish. They have to sort out some wall issues before the installation and was done quick and efficiently. Installation was done same day with no more issues and very efficiently. Great services. Customer services was very helpful and easy to talk. Very happy about the full service from start to finish.

Gill in the office organised the date and time for installation very efficiently, and the engineer (Joey) did a really good job on the day. I was very impressed with the overall level of service. Joey had a few tricky problems to solve during the installation, and he did this with great determination and creativity. He managed the whole operation very efficiently getting someone round to take the old boiler away, calling in another engineer to help with replacing the flue, and working well with the joiner who came to help route the condensate pipe. Great job.

Extremely happy with the service. From accepting quote on a Friday to it being installed the following Tuesday. The surveyor for the quote was really helpful and friendly as was the installer, backed up with good communication from the office on the phone and email. Delighted.

Timings were exactly as advised. The guys were friendly and worked well. I have an older house and they tackled a few issues the house threw up with ease. Tidy workers, who gave me a full boiler run through before leaving. Would definitely recommend.

The engineer (Joey) came first thing in the morning as per agreed. He worked all day and got my new boiler installed with extra little things here and there. He went through a quick training on how to work it and answered all my questions. I needed extra building work done and the builder did a quick, professional job. I am very happy with the company and would highly recommend them in the future.

We had someone out on Monday to give us a quote for a new boiler supplied and fitted. The quote included new gas pipes and electric switch. The boiler was delivered at 8am on Thursday and the gas man came at its back as soon as the old boiler was out someone came and took it away. The joiner was there to take off plinths and cupboards to allow the gas pipes to be fitted. As soon as the gas man was finished. The joiner was back to put things back together. The electrician was right behind them to add the new switch. They cleaned up after themselves even though I said I would do it when they left. They used dust sheets etc. I found all workmen involved helpful and polite. Would defo recommend this company.

Everything went so smoothly, boiler serviced through agreed appointment and thorough service on time by competent engineers.

Had my new boiler installed yesterday, the engineer was really lovely and was very professional even going that extra mile to help me, when he left cleaned everything it was like he hadn't been here. I had some pipe work doing outside and he did a great job. From getting in touch with the Glasgow boiler company it's been a pleasant customer experience. I would 100% recommend. I am sorry I can't remember the engineers name but he is a credit to your company.

I had a great service from the initial quote to the install of our new boiler. The customer service from both Gracie and Gill (in the office) was amazing. They kept everything running smoothly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is looking to get a new boiler.

Avoid at all costs, install issue that they simply are not interested in acknowledging or sorting. Ignoring communication with them and not willing to assist despite warranties being in place.

New boiler installed less than 12 month ago ,to discover a leak then to be told its not covered by warranty, would not recommend
