I ordered 3 items in January. I had to follow up for information on the order and was eventually sent 2 out of the 3 items. Which arrived as described.
Unfortunately, I'm still waiting for the 3 item, and despite several attempts at making contact, no-one replies. There is no phone contact phone number.
The full amount was deducted from my account and the order says fulfilled, which it most definitely is not
Placed an order on 11/10/25. Info on website stated the order would be delivered in 48 hours. Nothing received and despite 2 emails no reply.
I bought what I thought was a £39 Italian Leather pouch/case for my glasses. What I received is awful. The case is rock-hard and as a package does not give that special soft feel that I expected for so called Italian leather. I am half Italian and never in my life have I seen this level quality being sold for £39 [c46€] in Italy.
