I placed an order for cushion covers but never received them
I sent emails and messages but no response and their phone number doesn’t exist

I ordered a bed set 7th March 22 still not had a email to tell me when it's going to be delivered, they have took my money out of my bank thou, I tryed Ringing them today and there's no such number??terrible service will not be shopping here again, and I want my money back....my name is Jane Edwards

This company is unprofessional, unreliable and totally useless. I gave them one star because it wouldn't let me do zero! I ordered plant pots with stands beginning of August 2021, and after a month I hadn't heard anything so I chased them up. They emailed me once then sent notice about delivery in November with tracking details. I've been chasing up ever since. It's now February, I've had no responses from the Glitter Company, and the delivery company still haven't received the goods. I'm in the process of claiming my money back through my Bank. Stay away from them

They have some beautiful things on the website, absolute bargains in the sale. I sent an email to them and they went out of their way to help me, lovely people

Totally unprofessional, zero customer service. Ordered Christmas presents for my Mum a month ago. Had one confirmation and nothing else. I have emailed more times than enough and no response whatsoever. Will report to PayPal and hope I get my money back. Just one email from them is all I needed. Please keep away from this company, they really don’t care.

I love this company , so many beautiful items for my home have been received

Very bad custumer service. I ordered from them over a month ago, recived an order confirmation. But now that it has been over a month and i havent recived my order neither have i recived any information about my order is on its way. I tried to contact them over e-mail and facebook. I have gotten zero responce, now i fear i wont recived my items. I spent some of my savnings on this, so i would not recommed this buissnes to anyone.
