I ordered in 2019 & to this day, I still don’t have my order. I emailed & sent messenger text & their replies are all bogus. This company should be reported & blocked.
Dishonest.

Ordered a unit with 2 additional print cartridges in Oct 2019. Never received anything and they do not reply to any communications. Total scam.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was one of the original Indiegogo backers and they refuse to communicate with us. My order is now 18months late with no update and no idea if it will ever turn up

The printer worked for half a day, I wrote them to get help, no reply

Ordered 18 months ago, never received the Princube. Company is located in China.
As far as I know, Chinese authorities are very strict on export scams. If anyone has any information on this, please write it in a comment here.
I will try to get more info through the Chinese embassy.

Hasn't arrived in over a year

I can't tell you anything about the product, because it has never arrived. Emails repeatedly said it had been shipped. Customer service can't be reached.

Nearly a year since I ordered this product and despite repeated emails updates claiming that it is about to be shipped, nothing.

I have sent them repeated emails and they do not respond. Dreadful customer service. No idea why Indiegogo allows these guys to remain on their platform.

I ordered my princube in early summer 2020 for a September 2020 delivery. I still haven’t received my printer or any responses to my messages for an update. Having looked on Facebook, there are clearly many other people who have been scammed too.

Ordered October 2019. Feb 2021. Never received. Understand Covid and accepted excuses sent by email about every 2 months of 2020. Last communication was Dec 2020. Now got to point of disbelief, especially as can see on sale elsewhere. Now considering legal alternatives as credibility of fair excuses nearly all lost.

I have never received my Cube. It's a SCAM.

I ordered the print cube back in October 2019 and still haven’t received it by February 2021. Instead I today got an email from them where they are demanding for even more money to ship it to me. Somehow they are managing to take and fulfill new orders, while they are scamming their initial backers. I have sent them 5 emails but never get any response from them. STAY AWAY!

Update: the printer finally arrived after more than a year. The software is crap and I did not get the extra ink cartridge I ordered. They are not answering emails.

This is a fraudulent company trying to trick their buyers.

What can I say? I ordered their item in October 2019, fast forward it is February 2021 and I still haven’t seen it. They refuse to answer emails and other people who have ordered after me have suddenly received theirs with no explanation as to where mine is. I was expecting it November 2019 per what the campaign page said. These people are liars and not trustworthy. Having to contest the charge with the bank, just a very very disappointing situation.

The same story, ordered in October 2019 received in January 2021. The extra cartage set I had ordered was not included. Refund was not possible and indiegogo wasn't willing to support me as a backer of this campaign.

And the total impudence was as they asked for extra money for the shipment.

The print results of the device are miserable and the software awful.

This was my worst purchasing experience ever.

Ordered a print cube OCT 2019, still haven't got it

Like many others, I was scammed by this bunch of garbage scam artists via indiegogo with the princube promotion. I've been waiting almost 18 months now for my products and have received no communication whatsoever. I have no doubt this is headed to court. Indiegogo is hiding behind their user agreement. I hope indie gogo realize that "paper" isn't much armor. As thegodthings is in China, that leaves indiegogo as the lawsuit target.

Product delivered, shipping info two days later

Ordered my printer in late 2019, got it shortly after XMas 2020. My order included additional ink cartridge which wasn't included with the delivery. Asking support for help didn't yield any response at all. A second mail sent there hasn't been answered, too.

The device is working, though the printing height is too little for things I though I could use it for. Cartridge dried out within just two days, so I had to revive it with some water quite instantly. I don't understand the way print data is installed for the device keeps resetting itself to print the included demo, only.

Won't buy it again.

What kind of methods are this? The printer cartridges I ordered in 2019 not to be delivered and not to answer my inquiries. I do not accept Corona as an excuse. I am waiting 16 months.

If you are unable to keep your contractual agreements, I will ask you for your money back immediately. I've been waiting for the color cartridges and your message for over 15 month. No money back, this is a scam to me.

Contacted Indiegogo and told them how outraged I was that they still list this device on their platform when there is such overwhelming evidence that The God Thing has no intention of fulfilling our orders anytime soon.
