I have used this company before and on both occasions received a great service. My only gripe is if the offer for your gold is received on a Friday you will not receive your money until the next working day which of course is Monday, not a huge issue but this is not explained to customers during the process. Perhaps this fact is left out so as not to put potential customers off using them.

Having heard the advert on Greatest hits Radio I assumed that this would be a reputable company so I ordered a pack. However, the day I received the pack I called them with question about sending my pack back and the phone rang and rang. I then decided to email them expecting to get a reply fairly soon after but no. So, the following day I resent the email and so far heard nothing..... Again!!!
My scepticism proved correct on thinking

The prepaid special delivery envelope arrived and the day after it was posted, I was contacted via text message the amount they were willing to pay. The money was in my bank the next day.

Absolutely terrible, I declined there shocking offer for my rings, Royal Mail lost them, they don’t cover you for £750 it’s what they say is the scrap value! My case has been going on since January, now they ignoring my calls, beware of them, they offer terrible money and customer service is shocking
