Oh dear!!!!!!!!
This is the first negative review I have written as my experiences with ordering online have been very positive.
When my order arrived it was incomplete. I sent an email explaining the problem and suggesting a solution.
I did receive an apologetic email 2 days later which detailed the company’s response, saying that the missing items would be sent by first class post.
When they arrived two days later, it was a second class delivery.
On opening I discovered that I had not been sent the package I had ordered, just a manual and no money has been refunded and there is no explanation re: the missing items.
Such a frustrating experience. I now have to take the time to phone and try and resolve this matter.
