If there is a negative star.

If there is a negative star.. I will rate it. This the worst unprofessional online store in Dubai I have ever encountered with. Their online teams needs training for customer service. When I got an issue with their item, their online team just vanished and became unresponsive. Its totall disrespectful. Their online customer service is way far behind from all the sports online stores in Dubai. Please BEWARE! I got an item with an issue and they are not willing to talk for exchange. I would not recommend this type of rude behavior hiding in an email.
