unhelpful and unkind. have been going since i got my pup and buying the natural treats which are slightly more expensive than elsewhere but was trying to shop small local. bought a lead that wasnt cheap, my dog chewed a small part of the casing of it and then a completely separate part of the actual lead snapped( the two parts were unrelated and the casing was not intergral to function) it has a straight cut snap, returned this and was essentially accused of lying and told my dog had chewed it all. when i raised this the shop keep doubled down. Disappointed but hey ho theyve just drove back to shopping conglomerate. loosing my custom wont break the bank but so disappointing. wish i could share photos on this. this all happened 1 day after buying.

Exceptional company to deal with from beginning to end. The team is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to providing excellent customer service. Communication was prompt, the ordering process was seamless, and delivery was exactly as promised. It’s refreshing to deal with a business that clearly values its customers and takes pride in everything it does. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!
I’m so disappointed with my brief experience of this store.
I was specifically looking for an indie pet shop and was directed here by google, where I bought 2 collars as Xmas presents for my dogs on 23rd December
First time worn on the 26th and one snapped…. Other one fine.
Took damaged one back today, with receipt (29th), only to be told their policy is no replacements or refunds as ‘item has clearly been worn’ 🤷
I was offered the ‘email of the owner’….. absolutely appalling customer service and so disappointed to be let down by an indie shop.
