Ran into an issue with our current…

Ran into an issue with our current tills because apples system is too secure. Cameron helped us out big time by not only coming up with a solution for the problem but he also implemented it within 1hour!!!!

I spent 3 hours on the phone to apple with no avail!

We cant thank you enough!

We had an issue which left us unable to operate our till system, thankfully the support team and account manager where able to rectify our issue, and restore usability to our system!

Almost faultless

Great support but more importantly, really well designed and comprehensive software. We use the integration with Quickbooks and the GoodTill APIs in PowerBI to give really solid control of the business. Also it’s pretty bulletproof!

Great work at short notice! Well done Goodtill team.

The Kia Oval decided in 2019 it was time to look at a new POS solution for their venue ahead of the biggest year in cricket history. After an extensive tender process, overseen by their catering partner Levy UK, the decision was made to select Goodtill. With a short lead time of 6 weeks before the season started to roll out 185 new POS terminals it was unquestionably a tight deadline but Goodtill team delivered on all requirements without a hitch. The new tills have been well received by customers and staff alike given the transaction speed and their ease of use. Truly a fantastic result for all concerned and a great testimony to the Goodtill.”

The customer service is excellent

The customer service is excellent. Ben has really helped me as has Artemis and Clarence. I've struggled from the outset as this is all new to me and I'm trying to the job of about 5 people so I've needed as much help as possible to learn the ropes. I'm happy that I'll get there in the end with the help of Ben and his team. Happy to give them a good review as they deserve it after all the hassle I've given them!!

Great Customer service

Great Customer service, In particular for us was Sam. He helped us build up the initial till and has continued to keep in touch afterwards, along with Conor, to check everything is going smoothly.

App based software has made things easier to trace for us. Separating the sections into different Applications for ease of use.

New business looking for the right EPOS system

As a startup we were looking for an EPOS system that would deliver for us now and in the future, be competitively priced and, most importantly, be simple and effective to use. We spoke to numerous EPOS suppliers and settled on The Good Till. Before purchase, we were able to speak with the sales team at length, receive a demo, talk through specific requirements with engineers, all of which helped us make an informed decision. Once we had decided to go with The Good Till, the order process was quick and straightforward. Setup was a bit more involved than expected to get all the products loaded to the backend of the system - and to be honest, the support team were not the easiest to work with and is why we haven't given a 5* score - but follow up with the sales and account teams has always been prompt and efficient. Our staff find the till system easy to navigate and use, and the integration with card payment systems and accounting systems is good. There are a few system quirks that are a bit frustrating at times (sometimes due to learning how to properly input data our side), but there's always the chance to feedback to the engineers and the till app gets updated from time to time. On the whole, we feel we made the right choice going with The Good Till and would recommend to other new businesses.

Best investment

Absolutely by far the best decision/investment I have ever made for my business. Everything from the sales to ongoing support has been fantastic and quiet honestly there isn’t anything this till can’t do.

Great company to deal with. Honest, supportive and available for support. Listened to all of our questions, and as someone completely new to the business their help was valued. The system itself is easy to use!

Great software and company....

Great company to deal with all the way through the project. The software is exceptionally easy to use at front of house and back office, with changes being instant. Good set of in built reports for back office staff to utilise. Support have been great and very helpful. Would highly recommend the software and in turn the company.
