Get ready for spam in the post!!!

Unsubscribed from e-mail to stop the spam deluge, but no obvious way to stop the mail coming through the post. Wrote to customer services to make it stop. So unhappy haven't event listened to the course I purchased and have deleted it all from my hard drive.

One of the best companies I have ever dealt with!

This is a wonderful company! The products are great and the customer service is fantastic! The courses carry an unconditional guarantee and they make good on that, no questions asked! Orders are filled and shipped promptly and arrive quickly. The website is easy to use and has lots of tools to help you decide what to order and (if you have a registered with them), will keep track of all your orders. If you pull up a course you have already ordered, it will have a banner that says “You already own this course”! The digital downloads and streaming services are wonderful and I can easily access my courses through their app if I am out walking and want to listen to something while I am walking or doing something else.

Absolutely fantastic customer service, could not be better!

"The Great Courses" are based in America and produce DVD based educational courses. I have purchased several of these and I find them to be exactly what I both need and want from a DVD based Course.
Why am I writing this review? Their Customer Service is why!
I had a problem with their Shipping agent "FedEx" which they resolved over the phone in less than one minute!
Brilliant, fantastic, unbeatable, and any number of superlatives.
I will be using them again!
