Dear Angelika, sorry to hear you are disappointed. Returns are not always accepted and it's stated on the product page & in our FAQs. We do that for hygiene reasons as pierced earrings are not adequate to return and then be sold again. We hope you understand that as a shop we have obligations towards all our clients.
