1 month into my 3 month block
I’m now a month into my 3 month programme. I’ve trusted the process completely and it’s changed my life. Through breathing techniques and noticing different feelings in my body, I’m able to control my emotions and lead stable conversations and thoughts. Adrian has been unreal to work with and I’m only just beginning. Can’t wait to see the results and changes in myself over the next two months! Cannot recommend this programme enough.
