Just received the sheet, expecting great results

We have just received our mat and my husband and I have rached used it since we got it. Nine days ago we received the fitted sheet and pillow case. We have been sleeping so much better. I plan to get myself a pillow case and another fitted sheet when we have the money. We are very satisfied with our products. Thank you. Dave and Mary

I ordered the grounding sheet and decided to order the pillow cases as well. When the order came I realized the pillow cases would not work as we only have one outlet we could use. I promptly contacted customer service via email and was sent the same message by 3 different people stating the product needed to be in the original packaging. I responded that it was and had not even been opened. I never have received a reply as to where to send the pillow cases back to. On top of that the sheet has not helped at all. My body aches just as bad as it has after 2 months of use. I see no difference at all. I give the product a 1* review and the customer service a negative 5. They are awful. Save your money.

These are great. Easily initiated sleep the first night. Seem to really help with relaxation and restless legs.

I just got the product and haven’t used it. The order I paid for includes a “free”grounding mat, but the grounding mat was not a part of the order.

Ordering the sheet was a 5, however if you want pillowcases that’s not offered when order your sheet. I worked for 20 minutes trying to order the pillowcases & ended up getting out of the site & ordering the next day. Now I received the sheet on Tuesday & pillowcases are supposed to be here Friday. It would be so much easier to order everything in one order and receive one package.

I ordered a full size sheet, bought a queen mattress, I made the company aware I needed to exchange , I sent proof I had not opened the full size sheet and I was returning it for the exchange
I sent proof of purchase , I sent proof of mailing (returning )the full size sheet and, I have done everything I know to do , it has been months and I still do no have the sheet I paid for 🤔I do not know what else to do

Reviews shows higher quality over competitor products. It's been 6 days and there's been slight improvement of my sleeping.

Bought because of great reviews. Purchasing on website was easy. Have used for a week and the first and each night after have slept 7 hours straight. My normal night is up and down, up and down.

I'm excited to use the grounding sheet and pillow case. I've tried grounding products before and had some success but didn't have the pillow case. It makes so much sense to have one. I didn't like my previous sheet because it felt like sandpaper. I'm anticipating these sheets to be soft since that was indicated as being one of the features.

If you have daily pain I would recommend you try this product and stick with the 30 days! This product relieved my fibromyalgia attack and it’s the first thing that worked. The sheets are not what I expected but ended up being more comfortable than I thought.

When I bought the sheet, the return policy (which has since been changed included "return for any reason." Because I found it ineffective after 5 days of use, I washed it and repackaged in the original packaging, as instructed. I was then told it could not be returned because it had been used. I asked why being ineffective was not an appropriate reason. How could I tell it was ineffective if I didn't use it? As there was no address on the website, nor had I been provided one in my emails to the company, I looked up the corporate headquarters (in Colorado Springs) and sent it there. Weeks later, after elevating it to "the appropriate team," the CEO told me I needed to send it to Salt Lake City. I told her I didn't have the item anymore, and couldn't they call Colorado Springs to determine where it was? The short answer is, "too bad, so sad, you're screwed." So I'm out the money. Shouldn't the CEO have some say so, over "the appropriate team?" Apparently not. I told her if this had been Nordstrom's, I'd have my refund. Never again. P.S. the return policy no longer says "return for any reason."

My sheet and pillow cases arrived today. I am anxious to try tonight and hopefully they will work as others have said. The order came quickly and I will let you know my experience.

I received the product. It has been on our bed for 7 days. I washed it according to the instructions. I am keeping track of the nights we are sleeping on the grounding sheet.

I feel it is a good quality product

I have been using the grounding sheet for 30 days and am not sure if it’s helpful to be honest. I hope I will start seeing and feeling the results soon!

First time user of the sheet, WOW! From the 1st night, better sleep, by the 2nd morning I realised I has sprung out of bed and felt great, only on night 5 and the improvements to my body, sleep and mind are phenomenal, I can't wait to see how I'm feeling by night 30!
