Sadly my order has not been received
Sadly my order has not been received, yet I keep getting asked to rate my experience.
Note - order in English, rest of communication in Portuguese - good old Google Translate.
However, what happened to my order???

Infelizmente, meu pedido não foi recebido, mas continuo sendo solicitado a avaliar minha experiência.
Observação - pedido em inglês, restante comunicação em português - o bom e velho Google Tradutor.

As I explained in the two emails I sent you before you wrote this review the Royal Mail are returning your parcel due to an error on the labelling and as I pointed out I will dispatch the order tomorrow again if you confirm the address or I will give you a refund. As yet you have chosen to write a review rather than reply to me so I can sort your order until you let me know what you want. I've been more than fare but if you won't reply and won't give us a chance to put things right then there is not a lot I can do. Mistakes do happen that's life and we all need to be flexible.
