SCAM: My girlfriend bought from here in November last year. It is now May, 6 months later. No reply from their email. You can even buy these cheaper from ebay and you may even have it delivered. Not from this company. SCAMMERS.

I ordered a chord presser from guitar Virtuoso on December 27th 2025. This is January 29th. I've not heard from them at all after saying order confirmed. I've sent emails to them, in fact I've sent 9emails. No response at all. Pretty upset with how they treat people. I wouldn't order anything from them again. Don't waste your time! I was really looking forward to getting it so I could play some music..oh well, should've known!

Ordered a guitar chord presser as part of a Christmas gift for my granddaughter on 22nd November 2025. The website said 8 day delivery. Tracking details never moved from "order received". Tracking facilitated via the Shop app (totally useless). I write this review on 6th January 2026 - no goods delivered. Contacted them by email a total of 11 times with no acknowledgement, reply, or delivery date. I have now asked for a refund every day since 30th December... no reply, no refund no surprise!
