There are MANY references on the website that the product is for men only and should NOT be used by women: in the about info, in the 'More Info' section, in the 'About Minoxidil' page which says "DO NOT USE IF YOU ARE FEMALE", and even in the title of the product that you bought: "Kirkland Signature® 5% Extra Strength Minoxidil For Men - 1 Month".
It may be that the shedding is the normal part of the 'shedding/regrowth' process.
WOMEN SHOULD ONLY USE 2%. We don't sell 2% Minoxidil, but you can buy it from Boots.
It proves that it's real Minoxidil.

Our records show that you've only been using it for one week.
Our website Minoxidil information page says that it can take up to 2 months to start working, and up to 4 months for results to be seen, which is standard for Minoxidil (see below).
Keep using it David, the results will emerge eventually!

The order was sent by Royal Mail 48 hour 'Tracked and Signed For', as all our orders are sent. In this case, the Royal Mail tracking website shows, not only that the order was delivered, but includes a signature and a photograph of the order at the premises.
We communicated this to the client, but they have failed to reply.

We note that your issue is actually with the courier, which, in this case, is Evri (formerly Hermes).
When you made your purchase, you received an email from us with a direct link to your tracking on the Evri website, this link tells you about the progress of you order and offers you the opportunity to ask Evri how your order in faring.
Unfortunately, once we hand the package over to the courier, it is out of our control. As is detailed in our Terms and Conditions, in rare cases, whilst couriers make every effort to deliver you order in the stated period, sometimes, and for a myriad of reasons, the period can’t be guaranteed.
Checking your tracking number, it shows that Evri are trying to make your delivery as soon as possible. We will also be making enquiries ourselves.
