Terrible highlights
I went in for regrowth highlights and I now have totally different colour roots to my hair. It doesn't match at all. I also have dark all down each side of my face on the hairline so I can't tie my hair up.
I wanted to add photos but I can't on here. I paid £96.50 for this and will need to get it redone. I will not go to this salon again.

Amazing Salon
Jordanna was incredible and listened to exactly what it was I wanted, made excellent recommendations and was friendly and chatty throughout the whole appointment. My hair looks and feels amazing and I will definitely be returning!Thank you xXx

Appointment for full head foil high…
Appointment for full head foil high lights, came out with darker roots than I went it with. Due to having a root smudge (which I advised I didnt want, and not allergy tested for) but the smudge was carried out as the foils had apparently slipped? Hair is extremely damaged, probably due to the lady using 60% bleach to speed up the lightening process. Very disappointing, I do not recommend the Hair Lounge in Chepstow.

I have never complained before.
I only quoted the percentage/volume what the hairdresser stated, perhaps she got confused with the products as she had only just started in your salon....

We apologise that you feel the need to write a review of this kind 3 weeks after the appointment, but haven't reached out to us directly in the first instance. Obviously something had gone wrong here, and it's the first we are hearing about it. We would have happily corrected any issue at no cost to yourself with a senior stylist or our colour master.
But we must correct your statement - There's no such thing in our Salon as 60% Peroxide, typically 20% is used to a max of 30% and is what we stock.
You haven't needed another patch test according to our records, your last colour was less than 6 months previous. All bleaching is toned with our semi's which would have covered you for your next visit.
Apologies again and we will have a chat with the stylist in question.

Amazing hair salon. Very professional stylist. The salon is urban and funky in style. Phil made me feel very relaxed, he listened to everything I had to say and ideas I had about my hair and talked me through the whole process. Nice busy, friendly, welcoming salon. I’ve already booked in fir my next appointment
