I placed my order on the 23rd May 2023 and it is still not fulfilled. Today is 30 May 2023 and there is no updates regarding my order.

It's always a great experience with thehalalfoodshop. Website is really easy and simple to navigate and the food comes sealed in great boxes with ice packs to keep it all cool. A lot of thought has gone into it and the end product is delicious.

I love the quality of the food and the speedy service.

The food I ordered was delicious a little expensive but delicious and the delivery was really quick with 2-3 days

Service from halalfoodshop was great; easy to order, delivery on time and well packed. The let down was the actual items- I ordered fresh chicken; from barakah meats I believe; the packaging was terrible- not properly vacuum sealed. chicken bits hanging out of the top of the packs, little bits on the outside- it didn't feel sanitary to put away into the fridge or freezer, so I had to spend time repacking before being able to put it away. Although it said the chicken was fresh, the middle of one pack of mince was totally frozen while the edges were not. The sauce/marinade (from a different supplier) was very well packed.

Had a very pleasant experience with these guys. Couple of items were not available. I was offered a refund or replacement. I got the refund for the missing items pretty quickly.

First thing first awesome food items..all of them. Samosa, patties, spring roll too good. Little bit on spicy side but that makes it delicious. And delivery too on right time. So overall good experience. Highly recommended.

I love the food especially the sprig rolls creamy chicken. However, it is so much spicy so I suggest if you can put some without hot spices. Because it makes me sick. Another point your price is higher than other halal food.

I have been ordering for 3 years on and off but the service and quality is great.
Had a minor delivery issues that was resolved within 20 minutes of speaker to there customer service team and I recommend everyone to use there service

DPD messed up my order twice-but the store was so understanding and helpful. Can’t fault them to be honest.

Items came well packaged and on time. I cannot fault the service or the quality of the products.Took off one star for the new delivery costs and price increases. Some items are around 25% more expensive than this time last year. Having said that I do understand everyone's costs have gone up.

When ordering food from the Halal shop, what I buy my family enjoy. However, I like to SuperChicks chicken fillets but again there out of stock. Seems to be very popular, if only i could order superchick fillets.They are a favourite in my family.

Amazing as always, good customer service, bit disappointing that they had no stock of Malik Butchers products but they are popular so i understand. Delivery was speedy and dpd are a good delivery partner keep you informed and if your not in will deliver to safe place or neighbour.
