26 Jan: Order is resolved after many repeated emails. Happy that the HB team got this completed! Thank you so much.
15 Dec: I have written 6 emails to HappyBed as instructed, and have yet to receive any reply.
I ordered 6 items, only 3 arrived (late by 5 days). Emailing HappyBed to send the rest gives no reply or support. This feels like I have been cheated.
Update: Emailed twice on the same day (4 days ago) when you replied on here for me with instructions, no follow up since...2 days later, I again emailed with the details you've asked for and still have heard nothing today.
