My friend loved the gift for her 100th birthday

The flowers did not look anything like the photos. Nor the colours or the flowers type. This was disappointing seen the flower bouquet as this was nothing like expected and nothing pretty or exciting. This was quite small and very sad looking. I would buy again as what is in the picture it's nothing like reality.

The company were really responsive to my request to upgrade to express delivery to ensure my mum received the flowers on her birthday and were very willing to accommodate my request for a change of delivery address. Beautiful bouquet but not quite as pictured online. A little disappointing as it was a gift for someone after surgery so inconvenient to return and rectify. Although additional stems were offered it's just a bit annoying as it was a gift so the receiver is going to have to add the stems to the bouquet herself.

Bouquets are packaged really well and the flowers are amazing! Slight Royal Mail blip (which meant contacting customer service), I was really impressed with how how the delivery issue (missing box) was handled and they resolved it really efficiently and quickly - lovely flowers and excellent customer service! They are for my bridesmaids and the colours are perfect!

Chloe orchestrated the bridesmaids bouquets and groomsmen’s boutonnières for our wedding and WOW - they looked incredible! My bridesmaids loved having a bouquet they could keep in their homes after the wedding and every photo with them in just looked fabulous. From a very brief description of my colour palette, Chloe managed to make the perfect bouquets - would absolutely recommend for any occasion!
