Followed Emily on Instagram for a while before committing to the newspaper subscription at the end of last year. The newspapers are an absolute joy to receive, collated beautifully with wonderful illustrations. I recommend The Happy News to everyone, have gifted two subscriptions as Christmas presents and bought a few of the children's books for my neices. Cannot fathom the negative reviews left here, The Happy News is a very small business doing a huge amount of good in the world. We should all spread more love and joy like Emily and her mighty team.

Very poor customer service. Had missing newspapers. Contacted them 3 times and received no reply whatsoever.
2 months later they emailed me to say a newspaper had been returned to them due to the address being incorrect. I explained i had messaged them 3 times about this and gave them the correct address.
I received no reply and still no newspaper. As a result I’ve cancelled my subscription which is such a shame as my kids really liked it!

My order went missing and the customer service staff was very unhelpful. I was told twice just to wait until it arrives, I wasn’t given any information where it might be etc. Won’t purchase anything from them in the future. Staff could do with some training in CS. Disappointed and I wouldn’t recommend.
