Olivia cleared my wife’s blocked ears…

Olivia cleared my wife’s blocked ears today of wax. The NHS waiting list is long , and when we were informed it was only£70 to have the intervention done privately it was a no brainier. The lady was so gentle , calm and professional, especially as my wife has a perforated drum. My wife can’t believe what low volume sounds she can hear now . A Very happy lady indeed. Excellent studio, clean and very organised. Thank you so much Olivia.
