I found the repair and engineer first class but feel the process of getting the payment made and the engineer to the job very long winded and ultimately expensive. I dont think I would use aqgain.

We had a new boiler fitted to replace our 25 year old one so quite a lot of work to do. Steve prepared the quotation, he and Matt then completed the works in a very professional way and they in turn were backed up by Keelia in the office who ensured that there was good communication at all times.

We found our fitter called Matt, absolutely excellent, very professional & efficient, very pleasantly polite & a swift worker without cutting corners, he arrived promptly at 8.00 to fit our new boiler & all the necessary works that go with it.

As a home owner and landlord I have used the heating network for about 12 years now. The service is excellent so good to get a reminder email about upcoming yearly service to boiler.
Recently they accommodated an emergency visit to repair our heating boiler in one of our houses. With repair done straight away. Keelia in the office is indispensable- often answering email and phone messages out of hours.
Reliable and dependable is how I would describe the professional service they offer.

We probably started using the services of this company under their previous company guise about 15 years ago when another substantal local company refused to service our boiler due to its age. The Heating Network have been on board ever since and we have only now replaced the 31 year old boiler ahead of a new kitchen being installed.
Matt (installer) was a polite, clean & tidy worker. Very considerate of our home - removing his shoes on arrival and leaving the kitchen usable at the end of the first day's work.
From the quote to the installation Steve, Matt and Keelia (in the office) have been very professional and it has been our pleasure to continue to use their services.

As a landlord I have to have a gas inspection every year, the inspection AND SERVICE was performed in my properties by a company sent in by my agent.
In one flat they also retiled the bathroom (where the boiler is located). A number of years later the tenant reported the boiler wasn't working, only a week or two after the annual inspection. That company quoted over the phone, and without a site visit, to replace the boiler.
At that point I called 'The Heating Network' ( actually it was a boiler company where most of the members of 'The Heating Network' had previously worked before it ceased trading and then formed their own business) and attended to let them in. We found the bathroom tiling prevented the boiler cover from being removed meaning the inspection and service had not been performed for several years. After smashing the tiles to gain access we found lots of birdsnest materials which had been sucked into the combustion chamber.
Paul was there for an hour cleaning years worth of accumulated debris, refitted the dislodged flue terminal and replacing the failed thermocouple.
Needless to say I have used 'The Heating Network' ever since. That boiler lasted at least another ten years but sadly gave it's last about 4 years ago at the grand age of 37 years.
I have another flat in the same complex with an identical boiler and my tenant started asking questions when Paul removed the boiler cover to perform the service and inspection, he even phoned me to ask if it was allowed as the previous company had never done it.
A lovely service is a reminder when inspections are due, they liase with my tenants to arrange appointments and very important for a landlord is the trust and the paperwork is correct (correct names and addresses).
For anything to do with gas I only ring one number.
Sorry if this sounds like sales material, I have no association with them other than a very satisfied customer.
