The pump on our boiler failed in January leaving us with no heating or hot water.
We contacted Jones Heating and Philip came out that same day and got our central heating back up and running within 2 hours.
Philip was friendly, professional and knowledgeable and we would definitely recommend and use Jones Heating again.

My first meeting with Philip showed he was compassionate about his customers being left happy and if for any reason they weren't he would be there for them.
With this and Philips reasonable price we chose him to fit a boiler for us.
The communication throughout was A+++++ . He worked long hours to ensure the job was done within the one day. Even done the hoovering while here.

Serviced our boiler, fixed a leaky radiator and fitted a new kitchen sink all within a couple of hours. Recommended.

Philip and his guys replaced our old back boiler and fitted a new combi. Very fairly priced and did an Absolutely amazing job, cannot fault one bit. Everything was well explained, and the team were always polite and helpful. They were clean and considerate (despite me telling them on multiple occasions they didn't have to worry). They went above and beyond to get us set up with heating and hot water. He even returned at a later date to change an extension pipe so the colour would match as it wasn't in stock when he fitted it originally, and took the time to change a leaky trv whilst he was here!

Would highly recommend them, and will definitely use again in the future.

Jones-heating could not have been more helpful. I called Philip when the rubber pipes from hot water tank in my Motorhome were leaking. Philip said although he doesn't do Motorhomes he would have a look. It's an old van and other plumbers weren't interested, Philip went above and beyond to help us get it fixed, he managed to track parts down and stop the leaking. I can't thank him enough and would have no hesitation in highly recommending his company.

Phil has created a great business, putting in the effort and deserves every success. He always tries to help out, even when very busy and if he says he will arrive at a particular time he will be there! Updates and up to the minute ETA, shoe protectors, no hanging around. He gets the job done well, with no fuss, no mess and only charges a fair rate for his services. I wouldn't use any other plumber and have recommended him to a number of friends and business colleagues. You will not get a better service anywhere!
