Excellent products

Excellent products. Best olives I have ever tasted and very fine oil. Speedy delivery with big tough cardboard boxes which I have found surprisingly useful.

Simply the Best!

Very fast, reliable company to deal with. I haven't been to Greece for a while, but this is a great substitute for tasting all those authentic flavours. My favourite surely has to be the Thyme Honey! Superb!! Thank you so much!

The Hellenic Deli has an amazing range…

The Hellenic Deli has an amazing range of fresh, quality products and a great service from great people! Highly recommended! You can visit them at Barnes market on Saturday and Chiswick market on Sundays, delivery are also available!

Useless customer service

Edit: there's no order number. This was a reason I contacted you. I wasn't able to place an order. I sent email, I used you website, also on facebook no answer. So sad that I had to give 1 star to get in touch with you.

Useless customer service. I contacted them multiple times still no answer.

Slow service

Why did the order take so long to arrive?

You have placed your order 31st of March Easter Sunday we were closed...
Monday was Bank holiday we were closed...
Tuesday We have dispatched your order to Royal mail Delivery office...
You have chosen economy delivery 3-5 working days from our website...
So Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 3 days...
Saturday they have delivered the parcel according to Royal mail tracking system...
So you had your parcel in 4 days...
We strongly believe the 3 star review is unfair to us, as we have sent your parcel for 48 hours delivery to have it on Thursday, but royal mail probably due to high volume of parcels after Easter delayed the parcel a bit, but all in all they have delivered the parcel in the timeframe you have chosen in our website, 3-5 working days delivery...
