I usually get great service and products but on my last order it was suggested that I get a cooling product for a nighttime gummy I ordered because of the heat and when I received the order it was still hot and a small ice pack was just as hot as outside, Florida in the 90s, and the gummies were melted together. The other products were fine.

My package was delivered to wrong zip code. USPS are terrible.
I have been in touch with Hemp Doc and post office . Both just say they can't do anything, unless the house where it was taken ,returns it!
My guess,they opened the box and saw all my purchases and had a nice time.
I feel I should be reciprocated somehow. I was going to be a good customer.

Our customer service team was in communication with you regarding this issue several times. We did explain that we send out packages using the address provided by the customers. We had not been contacted about the address error until after the package had already shipped from our facility and was out for delivery; if we had been contacted beforehand we would have been able to correct the issue prior to shipping the package. Since we shipped the package accordingly on our end, and Route package protection was not selected during the checkout process, it is in our policy that we are not held liable if there are issues during shipment or delivery after the package has already left our facility, and that the customer must reach out to USPS to file a claim with them to resolve the issue. We do apologize again that you faced this issue, but we did make sure to communicate all of this with you each time we were in contact.

The products do work well
The products do work well. My only complaint is that sometimes, specifically with the Delta 9 THC/CBD Full Spectrum Gummies - Watermelon, the high is delayed - once until the next day. I was talking to my analyst when I realized I was very stoned. It was embarrassing, to say the least!

Drink mix
These drink mixes were exactly what I was looking for. The flavor isn't there though. At almost 4 bucks a drink, I was hoping for a little more flavor. But I mix it up and sip all day. 25 MG of delta 9 over the day is a bit lite but I choke on vapes , so forget flower. I want to find something for pain, that doesn't send my anxiety over the top.

When shipping to Alaska please do not use this new carrier, or at least not USpS ground. My package just got on a barge from Seattle to Anchorage. I rely on these to sleep. I say it again PLEASE ship with regular USPS to Alaska.

We do offer a two shipping services, USPS Ground for flat rate/free shipping, and USPS Priority for priority packages; the shipping options can be selected during checkout. Some customers find that priority shipping is more reliable, so that is always an available option for you to select on your order!
New Customer
This is my first time shopping with this company and I’m impressed with the shipping and the packaging is cute, the gummies were okay, they could be stronger, it gave a nice wave high but it was a little too weak for me and my friends. The next product i will try is the vape and I hope that is a little more effective.
