I had to argue just to get my package, and their services were never delivered on time. Always make sure to get everything in writing because their verbal promises mean nothing. They rarely answer calls promptly, and they can cancel your sightseeing plans at any time. Their hotels are also located much farther away than expected. Overall, booking a tour with them was a complete headache.

Fraudulent and Misleading Practices – Stay Away!

I strongly advise everyone to avoid dealing with this company(Holiday Island Tours and Travel). They contacted me claiming I had won a travel lottery and convinced me to pay an initial amount of AED 500, followed by installments totaling AED 7,500. They promised full assistance with visa, paperwork, and hassle-free travel arrangements.
However, once the payments were made, their behavior changed completely. They introduced hidden conditions such as requiring reservations 60 days in advance and limiting ticket vouchers to AED 3,500—none of which were disclosed earlier. Every time I tried to book, they added extra charges for tickets, visas, and other formalities. They stopped responding to emails and calls, making it clear that their promises were false.
This company operates with deceptive practices and misleads customers into paying large sums without delivering what was promised. I am now pursuing legal action through the consumer court to recover my money.
If you value your hard-earned money, stay away from these scammers.

I strongly advise everyone to avoid The Holiday Island Tours & Travels LLC. This company is not legitimate and has been scamming innocent families since at least 2024.

My Experience:
My husband received a call claiming we had won a “lottery tour” of Europe. We were invited to their office at Rotana Hotel, Dubai, where they presented the offer as if we only needed to pay small “reservation” and “visa” fees. However, this turned out to be completely false.
They distracted us with offers of free passes to Dubai shows and concerts (which we never received) and small “gifts” like a plastic smartwatch and desert safari vouchers to make the offer look genuine. Under pressure, and due to their persuasive tactics, we ended up paying 12,000 AED.
They had us sign paperwork without proper contact details (no email, phone number, or address) and did not allow us time to review or decide. After payment, they stopped responding properly and never began any visa process.
When we followed up, they used delaying tactics, claiming we needed to arrange our own visas. Later, when European visas for UAE residents were temporarily suspended, they refused to refund or extend our contract, even though they had promised to do so in such cases.
We spent additional money on visa applications and documentation—expenses they had said they would cover or handle 48 hours before visa application —but they never did.
Eventually, when we arranged our own visas and tickets, they booked poor-quality hotels far from city centers in Switzerland and Italy, and even refused to pay hotel taxes.
Their representatives, Sabita and Vineet, constantly made excuses, avoided calls, and falsely promised to “speak with management.” We never received proper follow-ups, refunds, or any of the services promised.

This company operates dishonestly and exploits people’s trust. Please do not fall for their tactics or pay them any money upfront.

I recently booked a tour with this company, and it was one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had! The itinerary was well-planned, and every destination felt perfectly timed. Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly, making the whole journey smooth and memorable. Highly recommended for anyone who loves exploring without the hassle.

Be careful when you will book any trip with this company , unfortunately they do not deliver for what they charge from the customer ,they will spoil your trip , will keep asking you money till end ,even they will not pay taxes of hotels . Hotels they proved us were 2 star and we paid for 4 star which spoiled our family trip , we requested them again and again to give hotel in safe area in Italy but they gave us out of city when ch is security risk , their sales team will not tell you truth that actually they are selling you a package which coast almost double but you will get nothing . I’m sharing this so that others will be safe .

I had a really bad experience with their customer service. The sales team — especially Madam Aya and Raj — completely misled me into buying a package. They made several promises that turned out to be false, and the phone numbers they gave me don’t even work.

They were not honest at all, and I honestly wouldn’t recommend dealing with them.

I would rate the company 1 star, but I’m giving an extra star thanks to Sabeer—he was helpful at the end. Unfortunately, I had to pay more than what was initially promised, and the booking process was a nightmare. I’d recommend booking online instead to avoid the hassle of dealing with them.

It is a scam and please be aware don't pay anything upfront to them as you will never get what they sell to you. Their customer service is full of incompetent folks who don't address problems only.

I was contacted by Holiday Island Travel & Tourism claiming I had “won” a raffle. They invited me and my wife to Al Ghurair Centre on 28 March 2025 to collect a gift.
No gift was given upfront — instead they spent the time pushing expensive travel packages for 8,000–9,000 AED. When we said no, they kept applying manipulative pressure to get us to agree.
The raffle is a scam. If you say you’re a Manager or General Manager, they will “select” you automatically. This is just a tactic to lure people into a sales trap.
Be warned — do not waste your time or money.

Worst company, whoever works there they don't fear God by lying to people and take their money,
They promise u to book the best hotel and everything but once u arrive there u see they booked the worst hotel for u and tell u they had issues with good hotels, even when we said we paid they didn't give our money back for their fake promise! Many people had such issues,

I hope someone could report such thiefs so police could take care of such terrible company. We will never forgive whoever works in this company and laughs at our face and give us fake promises to take our money only.

This travel company is a complete scam. They start by giving out vouchers in malls, making you believe you’ve won a free travel package. But it’s all a trap—they manipulate you into paying large sums without you even realizing how or when they took your money.

They sold us a package to Singapore and Malaysia, promising Emirates flights, 4-star hotels, and tour guides. However, after signing the contract, we discovered it didn’t match what they promised. Worse, they forced us to change our travel destination, claiming Malaysia flights were too expensive, even though they had promised this from day one.

They distracted us with friendly talk, not giving enough time to read the contract properly. Once signed, they stamped it as non-refundable, leaving us stuck. Even when we couldn’t afford the trip, they pushed us to use a credit card, promising to pay the interest—but they never kept that promise.

What they provided was far below expectations: the cheapest flights, low-quality hotels, and no tour guides. To make matters worse, their operations are unprofessional, with meetings held in hotels instead of a proper registered office.

Even after opening a case against them, we couldn’t get help due to their manipulative tactics. I’m sharing this review in the hope that they stop cheating others one day. Please avoid this company at all costs—they’ll ruin your travel plans, take your money, and leave you with nothing but frustration.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the experience I recently had with your agency. This has caused me to lose 3000 AED, and I am deeply concerned about the fraudulent behavior displayed by your team.

We booked a travel package and paid 3000 AED in advance. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen personal circumstances, we had to cancel the package. We requested a refund of the advance amount immediately after the cancellation, which was less than a week from the booking date. However, instead of addressing our concerns professionally, your team avoided communication and outright refused the refund.

At the time of payment, you clearly stated that cancellation was an option, but you failed to mention that the amount would not be refunded. This lack of transparency has left us feeling cheated and questioning the integrity of your business practices.

Why is a company with 20 years of experience engaging in such poor practices? Is this the standard of service you uphold after so many years in the industry? It is disheartening to see a company with such a reputation resorting to unethical ways to make money.

Despite sending numerous emails, we have received no resolution. This has not only caused financial loss but also immense frustration. We firmly believe we have not made any mistakes on our part and are confident that our request is justified.

We urge you to address this matter urgently and provide a fair resolution, including the refund of our advance amount. Continuing such practices will only harm your reputation, as we are determined to share our experience with others.

I hope you reconsider your approach and resolve this issue promptly.

It started when they call that I won a lottery for a free staycation outside UAE valid for a year.
Then agent offer a Japan tour promo telling us that it is their anniversary gift to the community and will avail this provided that we will pay on the spot. Agent being a fellow kabayan earn our trust right away.
Fast forward to the travel date. Agent cannot be reach and when we ask the office to spoke with him only. They won’t allow.
The office agent kept on delaying the trip and come up with a downgraded tour package not at par with the amount we paid.Customer's service is not helpful.
This is our experience. This is how they made us feel.

Don’t fall in their trapped in a Europe package. This company are unethical and sales team are full of traps, and will promise the moon, the star, sun and universe during the sales. Their sales team will be in conventions and will be at hotel for their promotions. But once you signed their contract and it was not what was promised there’s no way out. Their customer service will take century to respond. No ethics and humanity. We had a horrible experience. And I received a legal notice from their team. Is this a threat 🥸?

this is the worse experience everrrrrrrrr. you will get a message that you received a reward and after going there the team will start selling holiday packages and you will get the worse service ever, no respond on emails and it's taking agessssssss to get a slot and they don't provide the service that you were promised to get
