I wanted to get a fermenter that had a…

I wanted to get a fermenter that had a bottom tap. I saw on on this company’s website and bought it on Friday, it was near to closing time on Friday when I ordered it. The fermenter was dispatched on Monday and I got it today Tuesday. Also I had got an email from FedEx by yesterday (Monday) so I decided to call The Homebrew Company and the man who answered was very helpful and sent me a screenshot showing that the item was dispatched and it would be delivered today. Really great service from them.

Exactly what I was looking for

This is the first time that I have used this company but it will not be the last!

The range of products is really good and the fact that you can get everything you need in one place is fantastic

My order was dispatched really quickly and any queries I had were dealt with very promptly
