I bought the master chairs for my dining room and I can honestly say I am not disappointed in the purchase. From the start, the customer service was fantastic, easy to ask questions and felt confident in purchasing. On arrival, the chairs were better than expected and I would certainly recommend anyone to purchase from here.

I ordered our nightlight in the knowledge that it would be hand made and sent out when ready.
Jessica kept me updated throughout the order process and made me aware of any delays.
When the item arrived they also included a little gift for the baby.

I purchased 4x Masters style chairs via FB marketplace and they arrived the next day via DPD. Anastasia was quick to respond and great to deal with. I can't argue with the price either, it was the best I'd found by far! Would gladly use this company again.

Lastly, as mentioned in other reviews, if you're wary of sending money to someone you don't know on FB marketplace, use Paypal and choose the option for buying from a shop rather than friends or family. You get buyer protection so there's an element of insurance. It's only fair to reimburse the seller for the charges they get hit with for this though (a few pounds in my case) as otherwise they will be out of pocket.

Anastasia simply sent a request to cover the charges after I'd sent the initial payment so it was nice and easy to approve the short fall.

This was the first time I'd bought something that wasn't in person via Marketplace but I'm glad I took the plunge as the chairs are great and everything was very straightforward.

I was apprehensive to order these chairs at first as it seemed to good to be true on FB marketplace. The black masters chairs were difficult to get hold of on other sites. Anastasia was excellent with her communication, she reassured that I would be protected by paying through PayPal and showed me these reviews. As I ordered two boxes the delivery was free and they arrived the next morning! So pleased with the quality of the product and the excellent customer service! Thank you! 😊

I spotted some chairs I wanted but sadly they’d just sold . Anastasia helped me with detailed photos so I could choose alternatives, the customer experience could not have been any better in every way!

Ordered 4 x replica Phillipe Masters chairs. Good communication; very helpful and polite and easy to deal with. Clear pricing with no hidden extras. Absolutely love my Crossback In Dark Oak chairs that I ordered from The Home Bureau. They are beautiful solid wood and the colour is perfect. Really good quality and the customer service and delivery was great. Thank you!!!!
