By far this is my worst experience in…

By far this is my worst experience in online shopping in UAE.

This company has no respect for its customers neither it has professional staff to handle them.

I ordered my mattress 4 days ago, upon the first day i called their number of contact ( one that is for customer support +971 50 418 5190 ) but the guy was not only without use he also simply ignored the matter. As per him the delivery was suppose to be within 2-3 days and when i insisted on knowing the exact date to schedule myself he simply said “ ill check the logistics and call you back “. Idk how but he actually did not check them neither called me back and ignored the matter.

I called him today again at the 4th day asking him that i still haven’t receive my delivery and when will it be delivered as its a mattress and i need to schedule myself and cant keep it outside in the neighborhood he said i dont know its with logistics. I told him that you simply ignored me when I asked you 4 days ago regarding the day of delivery and you said you’ll check and call me back. He said they did not reply to me yet ( I dont know how a logistics team cannot reply in 4 days ). Then i told him but i need a reply today as the matter isnt acceptable, he said okay ill call them and call you right away. Not only he did not call back, he simply stopped answering my phonecalls as if I want to befriend him and not that they gave him the phone to ANSWER PEOPLE’S REQUESTS! .

Terrible Experience, terrible company. I truly dont recommend considering their products or website.
