Tim from The Homes Group was recommended to us by a friend after we had a very disappointing experience with Your Move. Tim was fast and professional in all his responses. Got good viewings in quickly, which led to the offer that we accepted and sold for. He helped out all the way and went above and beyond to ensure everything could go as smoothly as possible. Buying/selling a home is one of life’s most stressful experiences, and Brian made what could have been an overwhelming process feel genuinely manageable. We had an amazing experience with Homes Group and chose them over other Estate Agents to sell our flat as they had sold many properties on our Estate and had extensive knowledge of how our Management Company operates.
Brian and Joe were outstanding, from start to finish it was an absolute pleasure, they made the whole process feel smooth, extremely professional and totally personable. They are honest, hardworking and were openly realistic at every step of the process which we found refreshing and reassuring, as selling in this current climate is tough.

Tim is an exceptional estate agent who really goes the extra mile. We had Tim sell our house and from our first meeting he was thorough, honest, generous with his time and even carried out additional data-driven research for us as a goodwill gesture.

We had a deadline to complete on due to buying our new house through the modern method of auction, and throughout the process Tim was fantastically reliable at chasing all involved in the chain. Tim also got our house on the market very quickly, and despite personal circumstances, he continued to carry out viewings, getting us our first offer within less than a week of our house hitting the market.
