When you open your website or email and realise something is very wrong and you've been hacked, that is the worst feeling! I've been with The Hosting Heroes for almost 15 years now. Luckily I don't need help that often, but when I do, it's always super urgent and that is why I want to give them 10 Stars! You don't wait long for tickets to be answered and they have so much patience when you don't understand technical terms and what to do. They really do have the best customer service!

I have been with The Hosting Heroes (Cyberhost Pro back in the day) for 15 years and they have always had fantastic support. I can always get a response for any query well within an hour and quite often sooner. I have also found the value for money exceptional - they are cost effective but do not cut corners with server performance or support. I get better service with these guys than I do in a corporate hosting environment with a very large and expensive hosting provider. Would always recommend.

Fantastic response time helping to resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently... it is very reassuring to know the technical team is on hand so readily to sort any issues that arise.

I have very limited website back end knowledge, but using hosting heroes has made things very easy.
Whenever I have any difficulty support responds quickly, with good communications and is happy to help with what I suspect are quite basic tasks, as well as give clear instructions for in the future.

Been a customer for over 20 years and seen all the transformations and name changes of this company and I can say the level of service they provide now is top notch. No problems whatsoever with their service and support responds quickly and most important accurately.

Honestly I’m always amazed by their Helpdesk. I’m a complete novice at this and have no IT background. A lot is simply incomprehensible to me. But their team manages my issues and helps me every time I have an issue with something- mostly settings I did not set well. It’s fast and friendly on top. Five stars.

It’s Perfect web hosting company, I tried share hosting, resellers and VPS all the services were perfect, high performance and fast support response I recommend it to all people.

The company is not what it could be. I've been with them since ezpz (2009) and Dan and the gang were excellent. These dudes that own it now are just taking money and making a pigears of the whole place.

Don't get me wrong, the people that respond are great, but it's not what it used to be. Prices have almost tripled in the last 5 years. Response times are good, but not what they used to be.

If it was easy for me to leave I would do. It's a case of the better the devil you know ...

I signed up back in 2009 and the original domain name was included in the price. of £5.99 a month. Now I pay £20 a month and the original domain name is another yearly cost of almost £15

Like I say, the response is good and they always resolve the issues, just not in the way they used to do.

Hosting Heroes are absolute super stars. I moved over when they took over EZPZ hosting and I’ve had nothing but a great experience with both. Super fast resolution on any issues (usually my fault) always helpful in explaining. I couldn’t be happier with the service. Would recommend to anyone.
