After a few months of moving in, we decided to have a snagging inspection on our New build. We had no significant issues with the house but wanted to do this for peace of mind. The inspection raised a considerable number of issues that, whilst minor, would develop into not insignificant costs for us down the road. Pete did a very comprehensive job and was courteous and detailed in the descriptions throughout, which are now accepted and logged with the developer. I highly recommend the house inspector. For me, It has saved me money down the road and It has been a valuable investment for peace of mind in what is probably the biggest single purchase I will make in my lifetime, My House.

Pete was quick to reply and so helpful when my completion date changed and we had to change the date of the snag visit… twice!
He was very professional and courteous, returning the report the same day. The site manager was happy with the format and level of detail given. Photos and detailed arrows have provided a quick and easy way to resolve the snags. Great.

Pete is the kindest! He met us at the property 2 days before our snagging date to get the keys to us as we cannot go back in the property on the scheduled date of snagging. He also detailed all the snags he found all complete with photos and descriptions and sent it within the day! So quick service. Nothing to fault, he’s just the best!

Wow! I'm not sure where to start. Pete was professional from start to finish. I enquired through The House Inspector Ltd website and Pete was quick to respond, very 'on it'! He arranged a date and time that suited me and even offered to go out of his way to collect keys from me and he even dropped them back. Pete produced a report on the same day which was thorough, clear and well photographed - Pete is extremely knowledgeable that he would pick up the things that you'd easily miss or not even think about inspecting.

Pete from The House Inspector did a truly thorough meticulous snagging inspection of my property. He produced for me a detailed report outlining every snagging fault including photographs which I have now passed on to the developer for their attention. Money well spent and a great job from The House Inspector.

Moving into a new build we were sceptical about the benefit we would get from a snagging report as we thought how much could be wrong but based on the reviews of ‘The House Inspector Ltd’ we thought we would give it a go.

The report we received from Pete was detailed and professional and contained in excess of 160 snagging issues. I am confident we could have identified 20% of these but the rest we would never have seen or thought of looking at and the cost v reward of this report is more than evident.

Our builder has committed to correcting each and every issue and we thank Pete so much for his help and if anyone is debating the value of this service, our opinion is that it is worth every penny.
