We ordered coffee tables from HOB, fantastic communication and service.
We love the tables, they go nicely in our lounge. They are of high quality and look amazing.

Absolutely disgusted enquired about an expensive sofa and whatsapped the measurements and video of our house to make sure the sofa fitted he then sent back a whatsapp with a photo of my doorway and above it had my name down as gypsy cheetham hill at no point in our conversation did I say I was a gypsy he presumed I was I then rang him to as why he had put my name down as this and he replied with I didn't know your name so presumed you were a gypsy I am absolutely disgusted with these racsist remarks in 2024 we are supposed to be equal and yet him a business owner can name me as gypsy based on my appearance I wouldn't buy anything from here they take hours to get back price increases also from original price he is arrogant and I will go somewhere else you have just lost out on custom do yourself a favour don't shop here there racist

The service is absolutely spot on. Very good with communication as they were correctly updating me with the info.
The product itself is awesome, exactly what I had envisaged. Every guest who walks through the door has given 5*.

Fabulous customer service from this store especially from Hamza . This is the reason I bought from this store . Ordered table and chairs without any issues at all . Had to wait a while for special order chairs which were delivered as soon as they arrived to store . Delivery guys were exceptional so friendly and helpful . I paid for items to be made up which was well worth the money . I would not hesitate to recommend this store to anyone looking to buy top quality furniture at reasonable price . I will most definitely buy from this brand in the future as the furniture is great quality .

House Of Brands....... amazing company. I had a tiny issue navigating their website and frustratingly gave up. They sent me a lovely message on WhatsApp asking if they could help which they did. I placed my order and they kept me updated with when it was dispatched and the tracking number. My item was delivered today and it was packaged really well. Actually.... too well. Took me forever to open it.... but that's a positive. Highly recommend this company and their supper attentive, helpful and friendly staff. I will definitely order again. Thanks.

Everyone needs a Hamza... polite, kind, and helpful without being pushy. Their people and communication skills are excellent. The shop and its contents are wonderful. If I need anything in the future, I will check here first before I make a purchase. The shop itself is beautiful. I actually felt like a child in a sweet shop. A gorgeous find. Bought our new couch from house of brands and from start to finish the lady ( can’t remember her name sorry!) who helped us was so polite and welcoming as she answered any questions that we had and was able to sort everything there and then for us. She was very efficient and so lovely.

The two gentleman, Pamford and Shaxawan who delivered the couch were also very polite and managed to get the couch in and setup within less than 30 minutes! They were both very polite and efficient also. Will definitely be recommending to friends for future purchases! Thankyou everyone for all of your help and your impeccable customer service in all areas! You are all a credit to your employer!

Good Quality furniture delivered as communicated. Communication throughout the transaction was really good. Sales people were helpful without being pushy. The delivery and installation guys were polite hard working and very friendly.

I received my order on time, and the customer service I got when I went to the store was out of this world Hamza went out of his way in their holy month to make sure I got exactly what I wanted he was patient, he explained different beds to me, the delivery was on time and the assembly was done yo my certification.

We recently purchased a dining set for our conservatory. Nadeem was very friendly and his service is second to none, attentive and extremely helpful. He told us the wait time would be three weeks, however he managed to get it to us within a week!!
The guys that came and constructed the table and chairs were brilliant and very accomodating, moving the set a couple of times so it was in the perfect position!
Nadeem and his team are excellent and really do go the extra mile!
