This speaker allows for diverse firm background sound whilst allowing the conversation to continue.

Customer service doesn't exist.
There is no way to reach customer service. I have tried emailing, messaging through the website contact form, and messaging social media. No one responds.

They are very good quality headphones for what they cost.. and I really appreciate the eco conscious design and packaging

I love the aesthetic of House of Marley products. The sound is clear and delivery was speedy.

I found exactly what I wanted online, it was on sale and the item was delivered pretty quickly. What’s not to love about that!

The product is great but completely let down by the company Homedics who seem to manage or own this brand. There were considerable delays in processing the order (despite item being in stock) and then delays in the shipping. Meanwhile they did not respond to a single email inquiry and their phone number is not functional (just redirects you to email them). In my frustration I contacted US House of Marley who replied very promptly, but unfortunately could not help with the Australian order. I honestly thought I had been scammed, but the order did turn up eventually.

They keep falling off and one sometimes doesn’t work! I don’t know, I m not happy

I ordered from The House of Marley because I was given a discount code. I was pleasantly surprised by the look and functionality of the product I ordered.

Ordered a product that was listed in stock. Had to wait a week for them to say it wasn't in stock. Waited a further week for a refund. Then received multiple emails for a month asking for a review on a product I never received

Really good quality products, my turntable looks amazing and sound great.

Straight forward, easy purchase. Got what was advertised, and with the special pricing and heavy discounts I paid about what it’s worth.
I would say that a more comprehensive instruction manual would be useful. Took a bit of sorting out to get everything to connect. But once set up everything seems to work ok.
