Another great removal for a client of mine. Graham and Steven were very professional and solved problems when needed. Both guys were very polite and asked me throughout if the job was going as planned. They did a great job working in the unbearable heat. Will definitely use again.

What can I say that will do this small
What can I say that will do this small, local business, The House Removal company justice.
Ali came out and walk around our house, taking on board everything that was going to be moving with us, Ali was very polite and explained what they would be able to offer for our move. He even came out on a bank holiday Monday and we received the quote the same day. This was not the cheapest quote we had but for the extra £100 we were able to help a local small business and boy did we appreciate choosing them.
From the minute the 4 removal lads arrived,they were so polite and respectful of all our furniture & processions. The were loaded up and ready to move to our new house within 4 hours. We had boxed the majority of our things in boxes already. We had a bit of a delay in the moving time, however we had the keys and ready to move into our new house by 3.30pm All 4 of the lads did a great job and made sure they were putting everything in the correct rooms, they finished unloading around 3 hours later. I can’t praise the 4 of them enough they went above and beyond, Ali kept in touch with us during the day and came a few times to see how things were going. I am so pleased I choose local. If you are thinking of using a removal company give these guys a call, I know you won’t regret it.

We have used this company twice
We have used this company twice. Their customer focus and flexibility, right up to the day before the move is excellent and reassuring. On both occasions they arrived on time, were extremely courteous and friendly and undertook the move with energy and enthusiasm. Could not have asked for a better removal team and would highly recommend them. The total experience from arranging the booking through Ali and keeping in touch up to appointment was really good.

Fantastic Team for House Removal
I was very impressed with the service provided by The House Removal Company and would not hesitate in recommending them. It was great value as we could pay by the hour, and the team were friendly and professional. Communication was great leading up to the move too. I was badly let down by a removal…
I was badly let down by a removal company! I called The House removal company at 9.50pm last night. My call was answered within three rings by Mr Ali. I explained my dilemma, that I had sold my business and needed removals service urgently. Mr Ali went out of his way to arrange removal at 8.30 the next morning. Pete & Jamie were at my address waiting for me. They are both my heros! They were so professional yet very kind and helpful. It was a very tough job and some of the equipment needed atleast minimum three people to load and unload!
Jamie & Pete struggled but managed to load and unload without complaints! When I told Pete that all my equipment was resale, Pete went out of his way to display all my equipment in the storage place, so that it was visible and potential buyers could actually walk in the middle of the storage container to view the items. Whilst Pete was sorting out the items Jamie was off loading the small goods! I have no words to expressmy gratitude to Mr Ali and my heros, Pete and Jamie for lowering very high stress level. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and bless you all. I have already given your telephone number to a lot of my friends! Keep up with the excellent work you are doing!!

The best removal company in Nottingham
The entire team were polite, helpful and professional and nothing was too much trouble. Communication was great - I knew exactly what was going to be happening when and the team were super efficient! I wouldn’t use any other company for moving!

Ali and the team are a godsend
Ali and the team are a godsend. They made sure our entire house move happened smoothly and without stress. We really needed professional and kind movers - we were so frazzled already from the rest of the moving process - and they absolutely delivered! They went above and beyond, from making sure we had extra people on hand to move all our belongings in the morning, to letting us sit in the van for the drive down, to helping us shift furniture we had to get out of the way at the other end. The whole team was so friendly, cheerful and hardworking. It made what could have been an incredibly stressful day a hassle-free, enjoyable experience. Thank you so very much!

The service was very professional
The service was very professional. The moving team were punctual and made sure to take care when transporting my items into the vehicle. They allowed me to travel with them for the move as well which helped the move go even more smoothly. Upon arrival they again transported my items with care. Throughout the service I received courtesy calls to ensure everyone was in order. This was a very pleasant touch and made me feel at ease for the entirety of the journey

Great removal company
We used the full home removal service and they were brilliant from start to finish. They were so friendly and professional, I would definitely recommend Ali and his team. They kept in touch before the move to discuss arrangements and make sure everything was ok. On the day they did an amazing job, we had lots of boxes and furniture to move in awkward spaces and they were willing to do everything they could to help. Very reliable and reassuring throughout. Best moving company ever
Ali was punctual, giving me updates on the day before he got to me. He was very helpful, swiftly taking everything into the van. He was quite understanding even though I had one or two more items I wanted to include. We traveled together to my new place and again helped move everything nicely. Very good value for money. Generally a very nice person. Will absolutely recommend him to anyone I know. Can clearly see his business focuses on customer experience. Thanks again guys !

I was having a stressful time with last…
I was having a stressful time with last minute changes to moving date and needed a new company ASAP. I’m so glad I found Ali who was so calm, understanding and helpful. He kept in touch throughout the process and on the day he was amazing along with the other 2 lads. Would definitely recommend and will be using again when we move out of our rented accommodation.
