Ordered just 2 small cables £12 pound worth and delivery process was delayed because of the lady at the post office fault.
Lads did everything to sort me out as soon as and it was sorted really fast .
Definitely will shop with them again .

Unfortunately, the price reflected the increased cost passed on to us by our supplier during the recent heatwave. It wasn’t a price increase we chose to impose, and our margin remained in line with normal.

Hi Josh, appreciate the honest feedback, and genuinely sorry the last couple of deliveries haven't landed on time.
For clarity: we dispatch every order as quickly as we possibly can on our end, but once a parcel is handed to the courier, it is in the hands of the DPD gods.
For your most recent order, placed on Friday at just gone 1am which we dispatched 12 hours later at 1pm and even levelled it up at our cost to a DPD Saturday delivery , as a thank you for being a loyal customer - but courier upgrades are never a 100% guarantee, and we're sorry it still didn't arrive when it should have.
For transparency, here's exactly when your recent orders were dispatched relative to when they were placed, so you can see it's the courier network causing the delay, not us sitting on stock:

As you can see, the majority of orders are dispatched rapidly, within an average of 8h 24m, with the exception of one order (#HBROS34811, placed on a Saturday evening) which took considerably longer at 90h 41m. Though bear in mind we don't dispatch on weekends.
i get it though, when you need sh1t, you need it rapid. We will always do our best to get things out rapid and i'm constantly checking and testing new couriers. DPD right now are the best of the bad bunch, though we are trialling APC for a few parcels.
In summary, we're always here should you want to use us for anything big or small. No hard feelings. We got you.
