Hazardous, doesn't work, not what it was sold as

Doesn't work. Glass so thin I'm afraid it will shatter. I can't even give it away. I threw it in the garbage. I bought this because it was supposed to be a Kickstarter from a US designer in Memphis. They lied. They are hacks from Israel. Right before delivery they changed what type of battery would be needed (expensive) and how much sugar would be required (a lot).

This entire project was a scam. And a waste if time and effort. And anyone who says it works great is a shill or is being paid to say so.

A complete disappointment

A complete disappointment. Of the three I purchased one was completely smashed on arrival. And of the 6 attempts at making a frozen beverage none have come out as advertised. Batteries last a ridiculously short period of time. You have to use real sugar in drinks for proper freezing, that was not disclosed until after the kickstarter closed. Which makes it pointless for my Keto sister and diabetic husband who I got them for. Overpriced landfill addition.

Cheap garbage

Paid about $50 each for items that I’d expect to pay about $4 for.

Does not match videos or pictures and other promotional material.

This is a scam.

Total ripoff

I am so disappointed with what I got. I haven't broken mine yet but that's only because I have been treating them like delicate fine china cups. The glass is so thin and the product barely fits together well.

What I can comment on in detail is the electrical side of things, as I'm an electrical engineer. Honestly, it seems like their criteria for design was, "what's the cheapest motor we can get in bulk." It barely works with brand new high quality AA batteries. This had to be a known issue before shipping out thousands of them, one attempted use in a freezer shows you. After 2+ hours in the freezer each attempt I've tried has frozen around the edges, stopping the barely spinning flimsy paddle.

They are now suggesting using 3.7V lithiums, which I don't doubt would increase performance from unusably weak to maybe functional, but are charging backers for these batteries. That's ridiculous. Even buying them elsewhere will be a pricey if I want the form factor that fits in the barely-functional battery housing.

So in summary: barely works, glass that's so thin that many backers report cracking/breaking it from minimal use, charging backers for replacements for defective glass and electrical issues, and honestly, I had a better slushy by leaving something in the freezer and stirring it occasionally.

Don't expect much from this cheep junk you will be disappointed

Kickstarted this project, for $75 with shipping was promised a high quality product.
I was so very excited for this kickstarter and sadly what I got was not what was l was promised. Instead got a cheap knock off that hardly worked at all. This product is not worth $10

I Got the two lcey machines. Washed the cup, paddle, and seals.
The machine lid is very cheaply built as well as the pladdle.
Put cold lemonade in one and
cold fruit tea in the other. Followed
the instructions and put in back of the freezer.
The paddles turn but the motor
is not strong enough to keep turning once the outside edge freezes.
So the motor shuts off. We set a timer for 60 and checked them periodically. There was hardly any freezing at 60 minutes,
so we set another 60 timer.
In the total 2 hours there was only enough slush on outside edge to stop the paddle so we had to keep taking it out and scraping the sides to get to keep going but after two hours had very little ice crystals. The campaign video is obvious a scam and very misleading and not as advertised. Very disappointing and waste of money.
This takes 3+ hours to get 1 small
slightly cold cup of beverage with a few small icicles.

Avoid what this product has become

Kickstarted this project, and was promised a high quality product.
Ended up with:
A design that causes the blade to scrape the glass because the main ring isn't centred.
A weak motor that won't turn when the liquid is frozen.
A falsely advertised 4-blade strong ABS plastic stirrer, replaced with a cheap 2-blade thin plastic stirrer.
Avoid.
